Thank you for this wonderful story. I've been in Transilvánia a few times. My father was born in the Carpathian mountains, in Poiana Brașov în the beginning of the 20th century. I was born in Germany and I now live in Brazil. I have also lived in Ireland for a few years and I loved staying there. Your stories really help me to fall asleep more easily. They are a blessing.

There is something peaceful and comforting about lighting candles. A love for candles, plants, herbal teas and rain must be a tie that binds many of us.

It dawned on me last night that you have good diction. Thank you for speaking clearly! For me, with hearing difficulties, it's often hard to catch the words in everyday life, and can be almost impossible if they're not spoken clearly. Gentle rain and a lilting Irish voice is an inviting prospect and I tune in frequently. An addition to the story would be a personal insight to beekeeping, a description of plants they pollinate, your garden or neighboring plants and trees.

Stephen, I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for your wonderful work in these videos. It has helped me miraculously!! I have been to my Psychiatrist for sleep medication 💊 (Ambien, Clonazepam) after the tragic deaths of both of my adult children 😢… I have tried natural remedies but I still had chronic insomnia. I have been listening to a Rainy day in Transylvania for several nights. Wow, I love it! It works so well for me that I have not made it to the end yet, and this is a good thing. The rain and your voice are so soothing. I have listened to many of your sleep stories. I especially love the ones that have rain, storms, and I really love the ones where you introduce historical literature. I find these “readings” amazing; and when mixed with a storm, wow, it doesn’t get any better. Thank you so much for this rather unique story with such convincing sound effects . By coincidence I live in a Stephen's home . Combined with this story its resonant frequency was somehow triggered and I had an epic visionary dream . My house can actually do that courtesy of special design features ( like in the movie Transcendence) that rival the temple of the Oracle of Delphi . It was very engaging and did clear up the last illusions / questions about how Nosferatu got to America and what he has been up to since . Never have I had a dream of such entertaining complexity ! It was a gruesome story but thank God , towards the end Van Helsing came into the picture . Thank you for this most eye-opening experience !

I have a suggestion for a sleep story, it would be really interesting to have one around a trip to an ancient kingdom of some sort

Really like the narration of the story it makes me want to travel to Transylvania but I like mostly is the description of that geography of the land and how there are so many interesting things about it that I never realized
