This is the only Air BnB tour channel, I watch. Y'alls videos are top quality and really show off the properties.

This would be a perfect house for a family: a room & bathroom for the parents, a room & bathroom for the kids. Covering part of the deck would be nice, sit & watch the rain/snow, in the shade in summer

Y'all never dissapoint , I love this one ...The TV in the bathroom is insane loved it too.

Hahaha - valid point! It was probably just a normal sized country home before tiny homes were a thing! Funny, now were all trying to go smaller when before that’s just what they did! It’s like having to pay more now for organic food, when it used to all be organic naturally! Sucks, I can’t do brick for what I’m building, but I’m definitely going to try and do what they did with the sliding doors for the bedroom. I’m explaining about that in some videos I’m creating.

This is a beautiful spot. Back in the day I had to get recommendations of small towns or find a spot near my sister’s vacation home in the mountains. I’d use a travel agent who managed the rental homes and get pics online by email or sometimes on their site. AirBnB has really made getaways so much easier, and there are so many options now! I almost wonder if there can be too many? Not as long as we all keep gettin’ away!

With all that acreage around I'm curious why they didn't add a few more sq/ft and do a nice stair case to the loft? assume there's planning restrictions on that property. Either way cute little brick house, I like how the brick tapers out at gable ends to support the soffits.

Looks like someone's farm and the area is pretty rural. I doubt they had many restrictions.
