I got these the other day and I cannot get it to connect to my phone and my lights only have a connection port on one side so now only half my lights work. I don't understand, I ordered the same set that you're unboxing. Customer support here I come.

Do they come under any warranty? I bought them less than an year ago, and they stopped working. I tried replacing the adaptor by borrowing my friend’s which is from the other brand called “Govee” it didn’t work. Idk what is it, do you know about the warranty? Or a way to fix the issue.

Building a wall unit which is 13 1/2 feet long. I would like to use Alexa. What are the light up 4 shelves 13 1/2 feet each shelf total is 54 feet. Don’t know if I should is at 12 V or 24 V. I’m gonna cry. I got these all set up in my room, they were working fine, and not even an hour later, red and green do not work. I get blue, white, and pink. I’ve spent the whole day trying to figure out how to fix it but I think i’ll have to take them down and replace them. so upset.

I had bought the 66ft led lights which came with 2 rolls of led lights, I put up one roll just fine, but the second one I had to cut since the length of it was longer than the perimeter of my room, I cut it at the 3 copper lines, but that rolls’ lights don’t work, does anyone know how to fix that? @@olabanjistv4626 I have been emailing with Judy their customer support person for two months now. So far she sent me an additional controller and remote but no power cord to plug it in with. So for two months now only half of my lights work. I think they try to see how determined their customers are to get help and try to get them to give up. My lights still do not connect to wifi, half work, and I am still emailing customer support once a week for help which they are unable to give. You need to connect the other half to another outlet depending on your room. Good luck getting her to give you extra parts... and they do not sell the power cord on their amazon.

So how did you get the Cozy lady connected to your wifi? I Have tried and tried and had no luck. Any help would be much appreciated!

Support sent me this: 1. Please try to connect the light strip to the APP first. 2. you need to make sure your light strip is in fast flashing green mode There are two modes of flashing: Fast Flashing Mode（0.5s/1 time） and Slow flashing Mode（3s/1 time）. Fast Flashing Mode is recommended for quick connection with Application. Please make sure the light bar flashes quickly and select Fast Flashing Mode (If the Slow Flashing Mode is on, press the Off button of the controller and then press the On Button and hold it until the Fast Flashing Mode is on） 3. you need to confirm that your wifi is 2.4GHZ Note that the light strip is in the fast flashing green mode, which means that we need to connect manually in the search for pairing mode 4. I will send you the Electronic manual (see attachment) If you can’t connect or have other problems, please feel free to contact me. Waiting for your reply!

mine is 50 ft and they sent only 1 of those tape rolls which is like 5-10ft

I don’t have wifi, what does this mean for me if I buy them?

The new ones at least the 50Ft have adhesive on the back

When I plugged it in it was lit up for about two minutes before cutting out and never coming back. Any tips? It was still on the reel so I feel like it short circuited or something fml

Patience and even just scotch tape for me. Cut on the copper lines and line up the separate pieces... took me a few different tries and a lot of swearing but its easy in theory. The lights will flicker and you know you got it close.

how do i connect it without a controller? i lost mine and can’t connect it

I got the same lights, however when I plugged it in, the power supply/adapter flashes. When I hold the on button the adapter flashing stops but the lights change to red and won’t let me change to any different colour. Any idea why?

Unfortunately, their website doesn't mention anything about Bluetooth conductivity. Looks like it's specific to Wi-Fi connection.

Does anyone know what happens to the paint on a wall if u peel off the LED’s off? Will it rip the paint off or is it safe to put on a painted wall? Asking because I want to put them in my dorm room but my last LED’s from a different brand ripped the paint off the wall

If u take the lights off slowly it lowers the chance of the paint being ripped

Btw peoples, if the sticky strips or little anchors they give you don't work all that well, use thumb tacks some little clear ones to hold them in. It works way way better just doing that.

You can just cut off the power connect and attach rhe straps on rhe copper connect points... I used scotch tape and patience you could also sodder on the copper points to connect

We did everything, and the sensor does not get the music :( Everyone keeps saying, you just have to play the music :(

Oh no, I'm so sorry to hear you are having problems. I would try to line up the remote directly with the receiving sensor on the Wi-Fi box. If this still doesn't work, you could also try replacing the remote battery. Everything should have worked perfectly out of the box for you though. You may need to request a return and refund.

Oh no, I'm so sorry to hear that. We only have Google Home available so we were not able to try it out with the Alexa service. The company stated that it would be compatible with Amazon products. I'm hoping they didn't mislead us.

when i opened mine and plugged them in, all they did was flash red, and the on off on off solution isn’t working, i’m not sure if they came defaulted or there’s a setting up issue

Other users have found that sometimes the remote battery comes with the battery turned upside down. You may want to check the settings on the remote control and see if you can get it to work that way.

The colors can be adjusted best by using the remote. Is your remote not working? Might need to check the battery compartment. If it's still not working then you may need to try and return or exchange it.

@@dani_3421 very strange. One last thing to check is to make sure the sensor on the white wifi box is directly in line of sight with the remote. If that does not work, you may need to request a return and get an exchange or your money back. Sorry you are having problems.

@@okbui_7746 found at the adhesive was really terrible. The other nail or mini screw options included in the packaging to secure the LEDs worked much better for us. Unfortunately, it will put small holes in the surface that you are using.

I just got my LED lights I hooked it up and everytime I put the volume up on my surround sound the LED light turn off 😡

Yes, the strip that remains attached to the main controller will fully work. Just make sure you cut on the indicated cut points. The cut portion will work as well as long as it has a connecter on one end. Any portion of the strip that is cut off on both ends from the controller will no longer work.

Kai Austin nah, you have to use the stuff it comes with. It didn’t work for me at first, so i spent 10 bucks on amazon and bought 150 ft of double sided tape. the trick is to turn on the lights and let them heat up for like an hour before you stick it to the wall.

These are terrible. I purchased the 20m one. They are not bright compared to real smd5050 strips. 3amp power supply is included. It is not enough power for 20m of led strips. Im using my own power supply. They also started to fal loff after three weeks.

Thanks for the feedback. I would agree that this should not be used for a primary light source as they are not super bright. The specific LED strip as meant mostly as accent lighting.
