Cozy Bedtime Story for Grown-Ups ✨ TREEHOUSE DOWN UNDER 🌊 Sleepy Story (female voice, ocean sounds)

Ойын-сауық

Fall asleep with a cozy bedtime story for grown-ups narrated by a relaxing female voice. "Treehouse Down Under" is a sleepy story set in Australia. Travel in a convertible along the famous Great Ocean Road in Victoria, taking in the rugged coastline from one of the most scenic coastal routes in the world. Soaring bluffs, cragged cliffs, and sun-kissed dunes frame the rich blue southern ocean. An afternoon detour brings a hike through fern gullies that lead to a waterfall. Encounter Koalas perched on eucalyptus trees that lead to your picturesque treehouse escape for the night. Embark on the mental holiday you've earned as you unwind. It's time to dream away .

    Tricia, I sooooo understand you and this addiction. I’ve found self-compassion very necessary for smoothing out, or extinguishing, any shame or anger over giving in to those urges to smoke (or drink). It’s a long process. Find any method(s) which serve you. Personally, whenever I light-up again, I’ll promptly limit that cigarette to a few puffs, or by 1/2, then remind myself how much I truly don’t enjoy the taste, smell, stains, etc. -just sharing.

    I CANT WAIT TO LISTEN TO A STORY ABOUT AUSTRALIA AND KOALAS. Australia is my dream destination. Koalas are also my favorite animals. Kangaroos would be cool too. I used to dive until I got chronically ill. However I plan to dive the reef there. I had everything almost completely arranged to go for my 60th birthday. But fate screwed me yet again I got really sick with another chronic illness. I’m still going to go no matter what. I won’t be able to go alone as I had planned Either my best friend or I’ll find a group travel but I’m determined to go. It’s really the only thing on my “bucket list” PS. Great story.. Still haven’t heard the end!! Such a great visualization. Like being there. So until I can go for real I’ll use your stories to virtually be there. Please keep doing these with the ideas you have!!!

    I truly look forward to hearing all the firsthand accounts when you check the reef off your bucket list. I do plan on writing about it as well at some point. So much of the fun in a trip is the imagining time- may you keep having fun envisioning yourself there. 💜

    I can’t really give a critique of this newest story. I keep falling asleep before hearing all of it. I remember pieces like sandwiches in a fridge some waterfalls which I think fall counter clockwise because it’s Australia and some circolia effect changes polar gravitational laws or my mind tells me this is true. I hear your words your sumptuous voice weaving a story but my consciousness just leaves me. When I awaken the earbud is silent and I’m obviously not in Australia. One day I’ll listen to it and maybe hear it all. I so want to see the koala. Now I have to go remove the bald face hornet nest I reluctantly had to murder. Normally I can co exist with them but this one was right above my garage door on a flood light so chances of them getting inside were too great. These nests can get as big as a football with up to 400 angry hornets in them. Chances are I’ll fall off the ladder or a lone bug who escaped will take vengeance on me. My dog has learned a new trick. She uses the toilet to jump on bathroom vanity and eats the soap in soap dish. She’s going through a very mischievous stage beyond her normal mischievousness. Her father is from Australia wonder if she was listening to your story. I’ll have her write a comment

  • @MichellesSanctuary

    @MichellesSanctuary

    Would love her feedback. I imagined a dog would be a great companion for this journey if she can avoid the eucalyptus soap and not taunt the koalas. As Ike becomes more mischievous (he went from trembling and hiding behind my legs for three weeks to pumping his hips in the air amorously at a slightly older Brussels griffon). He apparently doesn’t care about the impressions he makes. But I am grateful for how small he is because I can only imagine the things he would be doing otherwise.

    @@MichellesSanctuary Brussels are very grumpy looking dogs. If I were a dog I’d pump my hips at them too! Now Cosette has this behavioral thing when she wants to play which is all the time by the way where she straddles my arm with her rear legs and pushes her bum at my face turns to look at me and growls like she wants to kill me and keeps doing this to initiate play. While she does this she scratched my skin with her nails and occasionally mouths my skin with her teeth and my crepe skin and crappy functioning platelets makes me bleed do my arms look like I’ve been in a war. I thought it was some weird mating ritual so I was initially kind of honored but it’s her okay ritual. She chases butterflies rabbits and blowing leaves not as prey but as playmates. She would be happy playing with anything willing or crazy enough to play with her. We left her alone Saturday night to go out to dinner and initially she was fine for about an hour then she decided to play with a coffee table book, there was two of them one a book of dogs with beautiful pictures and stories about the dog and the other a decorating book of white and blue. That’s the one she chose to eat. Thankfully left the other alone. I screamed at her through the ring camera and even set off the alarm to disrupt her. Nope, she was serious about gnawing the book. My son eventually came here to correct her badness. He was also watching her from his condo. I’m anxiously awaiting her response to the 4th to see if she freaks out or just ignored my neighborhoods seemingly recreation of the revolutionary war. If she was in Australia I’m convinced she’d run off with a dingo or try and play with a croc or a taipan snake. After her battle with my arm she’s now laying next to me sleeping like an angel. I have two new band aids. I’ll take her for a walk soon maybe she’ll find one of the neighborhood dogs (lots if shitzu Maltese or doodle mixes all ungroomed and look alike) who can’t handle her playfulness and sometimes try and bite her- she doesn’t care keeps trying. It may Tucker her out and I can eat my lunch without her trying to jump onto table. I think she’s on the autism spectrum and has adhd but she’s so bootiful.

    @@larrymarcus3176 funny enough this Brussels is named Happy-- and she definitely has the happy energy oddly paired with the grumpy face. Oh dear, I've definitely thought about that as my skin has suffered from puppy teeth scrapes and nails and I often run into women in their late 70s and early 80s with a young pup and wonder how they managed to deal with it.
