Cozmo can recognize your face and will call out your name (when he feels like it). That is indeed an autonomous capability. Thanks for watching!

one of the better channels on cozmo ive subscribed and liked and notified to even my cozmo like it to i had him for christmas one of the best gifts i have ever received i always go back to him after a week of not playing with him he is addictive and i love his emotions cant wait to get big brother vector when he comes out he is awesome no phone needed all self contained .

I got a few Cozmo's to teach robotics & programming to kids, they are way to much fun. Greetz, Peter

Is it just me or I see in the images of Cozmo Code Lab some images have Cozmo with green eyes and more rounded like Vector's eyes like in the Light Show. It's odd unless Anki might get Vector to do the same tricks and games and this app will work with Vector as well.

im getting it for christmas

I played a game with Cozmo that requires you to shake his cubes based on their colour. I think there are some bugs in this game. I’m fairly certain I was vigorously shaking the correct cube but it wouldn’t register it as correctly! Your thoughts?

I just bought one, but I'm a bit confused. I was under the impression that after setting it up on the app it would be smart enough to run on its own, but every time I click away from the app it shuts down and goes to sleep. Do actually have to have the app open at all times?

Hi Rudy, it’s true he needs the application running or he will return to sleep. According to ANKI you should think of the app as Cosmos brains.

Julie Northup apparently we have to keep the app open at all times you're using cozmo, which is too bad because it kills my battery extremely fast.

Yes he can recognize upto 10 people.

i like cozmo he is cute

Only bad thing about this is the child has to have a cell phone at all times to use Cozmo. And it has to be one it supports like i did. I got this for my grand kids but did not know a cell phone was a must and that Samsung Galaxy phone and tab not supported so basically Cozmo is not AI because without the app Cozmo does nothing.

I love cozmo but i just cant get him to follow me!

this in my opinion is the best way to design a robot. TV head with cute dot eye's...stop making them look like humans....
