I'm hearing this outside my house right now. It sounds like a scream in pain, so I got extremely worried. I was going to get up and interfere, but it might just be the pack that lives around here communicating.

I like your reply. I did a study on coyotes. They are extremely intelligent and more ghost like than anything. They are a beautiful and incredible animal. The research I Did was from an actor who had a heart for them. They actual accumulate more with killings. This is obvious not something you hear. Cause Hunters think differently then animal researchers. I respect the Indians. They knew the animals but were good hunters. I have friends that hunt. They are good hunters. Their attitudes are respectful. I am someone who loves to observe and see the heart of the animal and see them as they are in their habitate. They are beautiful creatures. For me I would check it out too and see if they are okay. But cautiously and wisely. They are beautiful and amazing the coyotes. I would of donethe same..

Coyotes don’t have the strength of a bear,a cougar, or a wolf, but that doesn’t make them any less fascinating.That’s what I’ve learned.

They're smart, they have plays and formations to corner prey, and they can run FAST when they want to

I heard something like this outside scared me so bad I almost cried

i heard this outside my house literally at 4am this morning i was terrified i couldn’t go back to sleep i was shaking i thought it was a person turns out it was just a coyote we have a lot in my area 😅

Outside of my work when I arrive at 5:20am at night me and this guy heard the yipping and howling and see 2 coyotes,we just ran inside because I'm sure it was a pack behind those bushes and trees!! I was kind of freaked out.

i heard these exact sounds last night literally right outside our bedroom window, except it sounded like over 5 of them. i’m terrified.

It is always at night and I always know when there's Coyotes nearby from their yipping! Usually there's a pack of them right across the street hiding behind the bushes of my friends house in Cincinnati Ohio. At his place in Vero Beach Florida they usually always hang out in a field about 70 yards from the house and about 40-50 feet from the lake.

Coyotes are so cool

I have heard they are calling others and letting them know where they are. Don't think you have anything to worry about :)

Really neat Thank you. I came looking for these coyote sounds cuz some other channel was pushing this sound off as being a Sasquatch group 🥴. To me it sounded like this and maybe puppies.. anyway Cool to see and hear this in the wild.✌️😁

My cat heard this and bolted inside so I'm glad that she has good sense! Still only let them out with supervision, my fence would never keep out a coyote 🫥🙂

Just moved out of NYC into the Hudson Valley and heard something similar. Although there are not supposed to be many coyotes in the area. I wonder if they hunt wild turkey at night because I heard another call that reminded me of wild turkey.

Coyotes don't hunt wild turkeys at night. Turkey's roost in trees at night. If you got a coyote hunting turkeys at night, he's very talented to be able to climb a tree.

wasn't super close but he looked a little young. know there are quite a few coyotes in that area so sure he was calling for someone

People hate these dogs. Probably because they never divorce and love their wives and pups for generations. Humans get scared at the yipping mostly at night and all it means is good hunt or come home. But hey, a McDonald’s is more important than Mother Nature. Meditate
