Almost a coyote a day is an exceptional average! At least here in Eastern, KY where I trap! "'Yote numbers are down here as well. Our predator population revolves around the deer population. Since the "blue tongue" hit a few years ago, predator trapping hasn't been the same! I caught 30 coyotes in 2018-2019. I've caught 7 since then. I enjoy watching your trapping videos and thank you for the speedy delivery of my traps and lure that I ordered! Stay safe out there Charlie and Justin (and Jake) when he has the time! LOL!

I have to say that I don't know what you all put in Top Dog but it flat works. This is the first year of me using it here on my small line in Missouri and I have been having some great success with it. Vixen elixer has produced as well. Thanks for the great product. I will be using it more from here on out. Al

I love that bulldog puller! Way faster than an auger bit. I’d recommend a board sometimes to keep it from sinking in the ground. Nice job guys!

New to trapping and was wondering if you use speed dip with/without waxing, and do you use speed dip for dog sets?

Can you trap coyotes without the spring and if so how long of a chain do you need??
@HoosierTrapperSupply
3 жыл бұрын
Yes. We recommend the shock spring but you don't have to use it. Add around 12 inches of chain should help.

I have been told you can go as short of a chain as you want as long as you have plenty of swivels

I wonder if maybe there are a lot of coyote hunting that is going on in an area that might have an impact. I guess a call to the land owner would answer that part.
