I stumbled across this race a few months back and after finding out this was to be the last Cousin jack, Bys Vyken event put on by the original director , we saddled up caught the train down south to run this beautiful route !
It was quite a mild day all things considered, alot of local Cornish runners and clubs in attendance. An excellent event!
Well worth the trip from the midlands! Definitely one to keep an eye out for, when the new race director begin events old and possibly new!

Great video. Shows off quite a bit of the brutality of the course. I was one of those stupid enough to do this both ways in the Ultra version - quite slowly though ! There are other bits of the Cornish coast path which are proper runnable - it's not all like this !
