Спорт
We sat down with Team Injinji's Courtney Dauwalter ahead of running Western States, the iconic 100-Mile Endurance Run that takes athletes on a strenuous course through the Sierra Nevada mountains in Northern California. Courtney is an elite ultra-marathon runner who has previously placed first female at Western States in 2018. This race will not only be a challenge all on its own, but 3 weeks later, she will be taking on the Hardrock Hundred Mile Endurance Run. In this interview, she chats with us about how 2023 has gone so far and her strategy for taking on this race season.

Courtney talks about her runs with such enthusiasm. Almost every other human would need a car and maybe a dirt bike to complete the same course. She's a blessing to all of us to the potential of what humans can do. Even what appears to be a 5 foot 6 woman, who maybe weighs 120 lbs, can do fair tale type stuff.
Awesome interview!
Good Luck to all the runners
Great questions. Inspirational 🏃♀️💞Courtney Rocks!!!
