The Court of Appeal Abuja has reserved judgment in the appeal filed by the governorship candidate of the Social Democratic Party Muritala Ajaka and his political party in the November 11, 2023 Kogi state governorship election.
The appeal is challenging the judgment of the State Election Petition Tribunal which affirmed Ahmed Ododo of the APC as the elected governor of the state.
