And the question is Where the child father is? Making more kids so another guy pay for his child support. And stupid system can let him get away with it. Common sense. Not your kid not your responsability. She may not even know who the father is.

Not only did i serve her with divorce papers afterward but the judge (female) had the nerve to tell me "Your wife and child need your support, shame on you for abandoning them." If the DNA test proves that he is NOT the father, then he should not have to pay, whether he has signed the birth certificate or not. The child's natural father should be informed and held accountable for the child.. If problems such as this continues, DNA testing will be required when every child is born. That way everyone will know who's the Baby Daddy...

They actually have something referred to as the cuckoo birds law not the actual name just people who really f****** hate it and it's in different parts of the world especially here in America and Canada basically it says that the biological father can be present but can revoke his parental rights mainly being financial responsibility especially if the mother allows it which means the biological father can be sitting there playing house with the baby mama while the guy she lied to is forced to pay child support it's so insane men on incel group forums which who is ever going to listen to people like them and others can't think of all their names do highly suggest that men get paternity test before putting their name on the certification which is honestly solid advice but here's the problem cuz no system supports it basically if the baby is still in the womb you're going to have to ask the mother and if she's trying to hide this to benefit from it she's going to deny it and she has the right not to go through a paternity test and withhold the baby same situation if after the baby is born you tried to sneak one I mean you can do so without her knowledge but if she's insistent that you sign that birth certificate before you even get to hold the kid she's basically holding a Schrodinger prize you don't know if this child is yours without getting the test but you can't get the test done without being able to have the baby because the mother again is holding it hostage threatening that if you do take a paternity test no matter what the outcome is you're never going to see the child because you didn't put your name on the birth certificate and honestly nobody wants to go through Court proceedings

@@NSUScooter Florida state laws pertaining to the establishment of paternity and the presumptions of paternity. In addition, you then also have to consider the family rules of procedure under the State of Floridal. Furthermore, there are provisions for disestablishment of paternity, but that can be quite complicated as well because it often depends on the willingness of the other legal parent and the other prospective father assuming the petitioner can even find that person to provide notice to appear at a hearing on the matter. But, since you seem to be so curious I can get a little bit more specific for you so you can go on and do further research to satiate your curiosity. Chapters 742(Determination of Parentage), 63 (family law), and 39 (child welfare/juvenile dependency) statutes all have provisions dealing with the substantive law governing establishment of paternity. Now again, because you asked and I am sure you really want to know you also have to consider the Florida rules of Juvenile procedure as well as the Florida family law rules of procedure. Of course, that will depend in which forum such a matter is addressed. And, just so I don't leave this out, you also have child support cases which are governed by the department of revenue in the State of Florida. According to this video, it would appear that this matter was dealt with in a family Law Court. So, they would have relied on chapter 63, potentially chapter 742, and the Corollary Florida's family law rules of procedure. Thank you for asking.

Courts do this with "The best interest of the child". You can't make random men responsible for a child which isn't theirs. Only two ways: 1) They are the biological father and need to take responsibility. 2) They aren't the biological father and choose to take custody and responsibility. Besides that, no responsibility.

Imagine this, Man A and woman A love each other and want to get married and have a life, but they realize they don’t have enough money for a child. Woman A has a plan to seduce, deceive and make man B to marry her (since he has much higher income). They get married and then she goes ahead and have a child with man A (her true love). Even if man B divorced her before the child was born or after realizing the child was not his, he is still responsible and will be forced to pay child support. Man A and Woman A can continue their life with their child knowing that Man B will pay child support which will be based on his income (which is higher than theirs). So man A and woman A are very happy living together. Is that how it works now?

I mean $83/week isn't even enough to do anything with. He signed the birth certificate but he's still a total bum. Take him off the child support, he can barely care for himself!!

Just who is responsible for a man that isn't the father to pay child support for a child that isn't his, that is why DNA testing should be mandatory for all child births to prove that whoever is the rightful father has to pay.

Young men need to be taught in school: if a woman claims she's pregnant with your child, assure her that pending A DEFINITIVE ESTABLISHMENT OF PATERNITY VIA DNA TESTING you will abide by whatever child support agreement is reached, and that you are immediately ending all direct communications with her and she is henceforth to communicate with you through your attorney. Do this and there's a 80% chance you'll never hear another thing from her.

In cases such as this, the state mantra is that it’s not so much about fairness, but the child’s welfare which is paramount. This being the case, I’ve wondered why not dun the child’s biological grandparents, aunts, uncles, adult brothers and sisters, first cousins etc for a percentage? After all, they actually _do_ share the child’s DNA, in the case of full brothers and sisters up to 61%, with an average of 50% (average percentage shared DNA for: biological aunts, uncles and grandparents 25%, first cousins 12.5%), and it therefore the child’s well being _does,_ in effect, contribute to their posterity (unlike "not the father" who, having no biological investment, can receive zero biological/evolutionary return). In nature crows and many other species share responsibility for offspring with whom they share DNA. IMO, following this example would seem more logical than sticking some poor cuckolded schmuck with the responsibility. And, after all, it is "all about the child".

Doesn't work that way. Regardless of the DNA shared, said relatives are 0% responsible for the creation of that child.

Man I really hope this guy doesn't pay cuz seems like they might be trying to set a precedent n if this dude pays then parents and companies will be able to say look see it's not as bat shit insane as it sounds and u think cuz some judge already ordered it before and the dude paid it and shit... I think he needs to use all the money he was supposed to pay in child support and use it on a lawyer and I hope he sues the mom and gets he's money back and then some for all the emotional trauma of raising and loving a child and then have all that stripped away cuz some dumb chick he lost he's family found out there not even really family so he will probably never get to see he's child again and even though it's not he's I know he has to love the child and be devastated that not just the mom left with the kid or anything he got the kick in the nuts while down... Emotional fraud is way more devastating than financial fraud to most sane humans... This shits wild I don't even care so much about the money cuz I know me and any sane lawyer would get out of it or in no trouble for paying it like a normal parent...

I never took a DNA test and they made me the father. No signed birth certificate or nothing. Been taking child support out of my check for 6 years now. I have 3 children that I pay support on. 2 in NC and 1 in Florida. The one in Florida just raised my support to 650 a month. I was already paying $1044 a month. They had a hearing while I was incarcerated and have denied me a new hearing. I support 2 small children in the home with me and I'm married. I can't afford $1500 a month. Can't get help out of nobody.

I remember this same BS 30 years ago. A man forced to pay child support for a kid that isn't his even the kid ??😮. Who is he ? He is not my Dad the poor guy who is forced to pay ? His piece of shit Lawyer said " I am not going to do anything about this garnishment. It's just garbage. I seen another one where this Dame was expecting a child put another man's name on the birth certificate and the kid isn't his forced to pay child support. Stupid Dame ,. That's pretty shitty of that BS
