I love giving my girlfriend a foot and thigh massage and that was before I watched these awesome massage videos and I did some of the Swedish things before I knew about it. I can't wait for the day her and I are married and completely massage each other. Definitely keep up the positive enlightening work you all do.

Feet don't bother me. They are an essential part of our bodies and endure so much for our everyday wellness. If someone isn't fond of feet, perhaps they should skip the videos entitled "footwork" haha.

As someone lucky enough to be a client of Jen's, I can attest to the fact that she gives WONDERFUL foot massages! I have no problem with feet, either my own or someone else's. Thanks for a great video, ladies!

Love the videos, ladies. I find these videos to be very helpful. But I've yet to find a partner to practice with. Which sucks in a way because I absolutely love the human body and especially feet. I love the look of them, mostly a females, and the important role they play in our every day lives. I find them to be a work of art. :)

I am wierded out by feet. I actually wanted to study massage when I was in highschool. But after watching an informational video that explained certain kind of aspects of the job, it also showed a part where a guy scratched out the dirt und the toenails of a guy. I guess it showed a pedicurist at his work, but that image grossed me out for life and i didn´t want to invest any thought on that :D . Also I think specially the toes are the most ridiculous parts we have on our body. Clumpy things that can´t grab shite ^^

I'm truly curious: if the principles of reflexology are true (areas on the foot correspond to other body systems, and thus working certain points on the foot can produce a change in the corresponding part of the body), then why doesn't walking around barefoot (ie, putting pressure on various points on the foot) help the various systems of the body? e.g., if you have a cold/allergies, shouldn't hitting the area of the feet corresponding to the respiratory system (via walking) help with that? Or could walking around help alleviate back pain? Is there some explanation for this in reflexology theory?

Depending on the shoes you are wearing and what you are walking on and how much you are walking, it probably does help. However, the reflex works both ways, damage or pain to your feet can reflex back up into the body or damage the body and it can reflex back down to the feet. If you are wearing uncomfortable shoes then the foot pain could theoretically reflex back up into the body and cause pain in other parts of the body. Also, depending on your shoes and walk, certain parts of the feet are not getting pressure, while other parts of the feet are getting too much pressure. I don't think anyone would find it surprising that a foot massage that relaxes the feet would also tend to promote overall relaxation and hence help to relax the entire body. That's a pretty simple thing to experience even if you don't believe in the direct reflexology theory. More than likely though, after a hard days work in heals if you are actually walking around, it probably causes more tension and pain in the body than good. On the other hand, if you walked barefoot through the soft sand of the beach, it would probably be therapeutic or minimally relaxing.

I'm not weirded out by feet. However I do have some foot problems that would probably prohibit this type of thing.

As a male I unfortunately would have issues with massaging another man's feet, women's though I have no issues with.

I suspect this is an activity for women, I don't think many men will do this - with anyone! Nevertheless, a nice and informative video, good audio and picture/lighting quality. I do like Melissa she is a very welcome visitor to my Sunday evening! She has this rather endearing habit of smacking her lips, means she is enjoying what she is saying, hehe. Most people get cold feet, I get hot feet...any suggestions? Have a great week everyone ;)

Yea, I think as a general rule, women are more interested in getting their feet rubbed than men. On the other hand, if your feet aren't nasty I'm sure many of them would like returning the favor.

In the last foot massage video I watched the girls actually sucked each others toes, and it did seem to give them both great relief. I feel Melissa would have done that here but Jen seemed a bit uncomfortable with the whole "girl on girl" scenario, which was a pity.
