PsycheTruth you guys have ruined massages for me! I love all your videos so much. I went to get a massage a few weeks ago, and it was great, but because there was no narration, no tingles. Maybe next time I'll play one of your videos on headphones while getting a massage...

Sounds like your an introvert like me. As an introvert we need more down time in our lives. We live in an extrovert world that often criticizes the concept of relaxing or downtime. I do agree u can't perform ur best if ur not properly rested. U might want to check out a book called " Quiet" by Susan Cain it's helped me out a lot. It touches on the concepts of rest and relaxing like u talk about in this video.

Even by watching this I got relaxed... I can imagine how great it feels

I've never found the head cupping during a massage to be relaxing or comforting.
