I took my daughter with me whenever I was looking for a new house. We were at one house and I was in the kitchen looking around. My daughter came down the hall from the bedrroom and told me their were dead children in the closet. She said it completely calm and dead serious. She was about 11 at the time. I probably should have taken a look😳 but instead we just left. Now Everytime we drive by the street one of us says that's the house with all the dead kids. She says she remembers saying that but doesn't remember what she saw. So weird.

Imagine moving away to a fresh start probably after being a stalker victim and buying a house that’s being stalked, I’d feel like the most unfortunate person in the world

No one will probably read this but, when I was 10 years old my family moved to Irvine California. A year later I find out that some guy was depressed and shot his self in the head a couple months prior to our move in. It completely explained the noises and shadows I saw.

If the house is cheap enough I'll buy it while the murder is happening

How sloppy were the police when the new home owners find a skull in the back yard at 0:25? It is such a small property. They wouldn't have found a skull if the police collected all the evidence. They later said "they weren't told the bodies of two women were berried in the back yard." So the police knew 2 bodies were back there and didn't dig up all of that little backyard?

I was so shocked that realtors who try to sell houses never tell potential buyers information that might scare them off!

I kind of feel for the watcher. My grandparents built their house in the 1950s and it's been in the family for decades. Now it has a new family and there's not much I can do about it. I grew up in that house. I really miss it. BUT I don't go stalking. Occasionally if I'm in the neighborhood I would drive by it to see what it looks like and to relish in the memories.

Fun fact: In New York, it is illegal to sell a haunted house without telling the buyer it's haunted.

Its always up to the buyer to do they research when buying things. Never take someone's word for it.

I don’t care what went on as long as it’s clean, cheap and what I want from a house. I mean, it’s completely legal where this was, if they were to never find out, it would make no difference to anything and they would sell the house. There was a house located a block from my childhood home where a man butchered his 6 children and the family dog in the late 70s because his wife was leaving him. Every two years or so the house would come up for sale. Finally a woman bought it and gutted the house, even changed the entrance and placement of the garage. As far as I know she still lives there.

I once set up a house tour for my family & saw on a site with info on the house that it said someone was DOA there. The realtor wouldn’t state if it was a murder, suicide or natural death (said he didn’t know all the details). But in one of the rooms the carpet was disgusting with huge stains all around that looked like old blood 🥲

My house was undisclosed in the sense that it was being watched and broken into before I moved in

Well depending on the state, an agent does not have to disclose such information. In the state I am in, you only have to disclose that information if specifically asked, "has there been any murders in this house"

It varies state to state regarding the legalities of this. Some states do require you to disclose if anyone was murdered in the home, others don't and it doesn't surprise me that people keep it quiet if they don't have to.
