I remember when I first read about this news on Times of India, I was shocked that's and I was abusing the person who forced them to carry this luggage....Kudos to their family especially the couple, they are very strong and didn't loose hope.....A big Thanks to all the govt. @@blistering2900 search KZread only I already said there r few documentaries which shows how people get in jail in foreign countries due to this type of smuggling including india also Sentence is not important if u educated aware there is a recent case where a person was released after 20 yrs of jail without sentence so first educate yourself And question appears tht u think Indian judiciary is very excellent effective and such events don’t happen in India is tht what u think then I would say u know when cat sees danger it closes eyes n assumes everything is good now In this particular case media external affairs NCB becomes very active and able to proves their innocence they don’t involve in every case Also there is time limit in every country for filing appeal these real smugglers convince handlers to not for appeal they hav their connections and tht when the handlers loose all judiciary recourses in foreign countries ( this was also shown in Indian movies)

I remember reading about their struggle few months back,my heart wished nothing but the best and I'm so glad to know that they made it home.

Good that they are back to home, but i have a concern that how come banglore airport security didnt find this drugs on airport, it was suppose to get caught on banglore airport only, this means that the lady who has sponsored them she has a setting on airport with some security guards those who are working in security zone where they scan the baggage, narcotics department should investigate that who was the security person duty at that time

Lessons learnt : 1) always record your phone calls 2) say no to parcels/hand baggages from anyone while traveling specially from airports. 3) great presence of mind shown by his father, who helped gathering all records/evidence and submitted to all concerning departments. 4) Trust in govt if you are innocent. Here govt acted swiftly cos they had all the evidence needed to present to Qatar govt.

They were duped.. But guys, always remember, some countries have very strict drug laws, and even innocent people aren't spared if there is a little suspicion. Especially middle Eastern countries.. be extra careful if you have to visit them.

When she asked him to deliver a bag she had to a person he didn’t know that should been the big red flag!

Quatar. Or Qatar? At the airport the staff asks security questions. One of the question is "is it your bag?. Is it packed by you? And you ignore them this will be the result. DO NOT TAKE ANY ITEMS FROM ANYONE..

Glad they're are back to home I hope their kid is ok too can't imagine how much pain she would have gone through her pregnancy

God Bless them, they went through the worst anyone could, I am happy to see them free now!

I heared news about you from a media year ago and saw tears in your eyes of parents...happy you are free now...

Right.. security at Indian airport should be strict. One of my friend had a kitchen knife in a suitcase. He was told to take out the knife at Indian airport, but he forgot which suitcase had the knife. Even after scanning 4 times all the suitcases security persons couldn't find the knife. They have such poor scanners.

Really sad to hear that...I saw in newspaper few months back this story...Finally happily reunited

I think this couple knew something was fishy and they didn’t go with their gut feelings. Always go with ur gut feeling! That is why they probably recorded her. They wanted the a free trip and it sounded too good to be true.

Never trust anyone with your luggage when traveling at airports (or anywhere). You never know what you're getting into.

Its just an imagination how they are back ...but really appreciate all the Govt. Agencies who helped them and save them May Allah bless u and keep u together and safe
