This home has everything. The kitchen is a little small, but I personally could work with that. I like the good -sized living room and the dining area windows are charming. It's a real home and the back patio only adds to that.

I might swap the master bath and closet, just to get the plumbing for the bath and kitchen closer. Helps with building costs. I like this house very much.

It's a generally OK plan, but the weak spot is the kitchen. It needs more counter space, and an island would help!

I appreciate your input on the kitchen design. It's always helpful to get different perspectives.

I like most of this home except the kitchen and the wall between it and the living room. Where’s the HVAC & WATER HEATER? Great laundry room and Master Suite and the layout of the other 2 bedrooms and their baths on the opposite side. Assuming the wall between the kitchen and living room is not structural I would still keep the lower half of that wall and put the sink in that “window” space with cabinets below and above to the ceiling. This U shaped kitchen would have fridge on the outer wall by the window and stove in the middle of the U. Like it is now, that tall skinny fridge is too small and the empty wall blocking view of the living room is wasted space. I’d rather a tight U because I’m the only one who cooks and if I had help, 1 person is enough.

Kitchen is awful with build in Cupboard that you can't reach the drawers and it dose not match colour and it need step ladder to reach up. 😢😅😢

Step ladder is no big deal. It doesn't need to be a 6 footer. I have a small one in my kitchen now. Pick the cabinets you want. Interior design is pretty much all up to you. I would make changes in the kitchen and master bath
