From what I know, the guy that animated or modeled the guns was left-handed, so he was like, "Lefties, unite!" and imposed his will upon us all with mirrored guns.

you don't need good graphics or good SFX, all you need is good animation.

I don't agree you also need good sfx. This works because cs has some very crunchy sounds. Unlike battlebit which has some really underwhelming sfx.

You know? This strangely fits with how other player characters move in the goldsrc engine. They are always jittery, and these animations that are already shaky and jittery enhance that. ❤

I love how most of the sounds are synced up with the animations. Some don't work though, like the MAC-10 and the M4A1.

There's something so oddly cursed seeing the smooth and detailed animations of MW2019 in CS1.6.

UMP-45's animation should have been with Striker 45's. Incredible rendition of these, btw.

Yep, and it looks like the UMP45 and Striker 45 are the same cuz of the design, bolt catch release, and ammunition they're used (.45 ACP)

@@HighTierTree Yes, it does have one, thus no need for racking the charging handle or doing an H&K slap, which is why I consider the UMP to be a little more superior than the MP5 imo but in its Counter-Strike 1.6 model it lacks the bolt catch. But the slap method is still there, so I wouldn’t mind doing it, same for the AUG.😊

The corrected M4A1, AK47, SG552 model looks so cursed

For some reason (probably because of no suitable animations for a SG550 and despite the Grau 556 being a SG550 variant (most likely not used due to animation time)), the model for the Krieg 550 Commando remains flipped.

I used the edited fal anims mainly for that reason and to not repeat animations

Don't know about you guys, but Leone 12 Gauge cocking sounds are like Garand's ping to me

our guy the speedran the sniper rifle's reload animations

When the CRUNCHY ass cs 1.6 sounds work well with MW anims

Now that's what I'm talking about.

Watching these animations makes me wonder if they could also do this type in the past if they wanted to or they were limited in memory idk. Curious

GoldSource is used by counter strikes prior to CSS. CSS and CSGO are made with Source and CS2 is made in Source 2. yeah why did i have to explain this

cs 1.6, cs condition zero and cs condition zero deleted scenes uses a Goldsrc game engine. condition zero is still underrated though

i don't remember them being this realistic, wow.

I tried this a while ago. Some reload animations and weapon switch animations does not match with original durations. I think they should be fixed.

Cs 1.6 is just like gmod but it’s fps game with classic engine

from where i got the galil model which is cs 1.6 weapons but with csgo anims i think it has a reworked ump model but i stuck with as much unedited models as i could

cool animations except for one thing am i the obly one who hates how those modern animations end? I'm talking about that forcefull shove back at shoulder when it jiggles like a gelatin and is done so dynamically as if the gun was made of plastic and weighed nothing, i absolutely hate that move

The animations are built for a static context when you think about it and that context is a fucking adrenaline pumped soldier like in COD lmao where people are running, jumping, sliding, injecting drugs for more running lmao like it all makes sense. I personally love it.

Click the two gamebanana links in the description, download the file, extract the file then paste it on the cstrike folder. You need to find a file location of Counter Strike 1.6 on your Steam in order to install it

Weapon names? Well i listed it cuz it's named in-game. I also didn't use an original firearm name like CV-47 originated to AK-47. Just think about COD: MW22 who named a Kastov 762 instead of AK-103

I guess it's impossible MOD. Porting a model from MW22 is not that easy and as of now no one hasn't published any MW22 weapons yet.

It's not impossible but really hard the models for mw19 are easy to get from addons on gmod for mw22 instead of gmod it would be on l4d2 mods and other places thats where i got the m1014 anims

The weapons are so ugly and this one makes me vomit 🤢
