This part of the interview begins with a discussion about the formation and early days of the Culture Club. They also discuss George's work ethic. Also discussed if George's make-up phase, and make comparisons to other musical acts who wore make-up, such as David Bowie, KISS and Mark Boland, and where he got his influence to wear make-up. They also discuss George's singing voice, and what he does to maintain it.

YES.....he was sooooooo very handsome!!! And....his eyes are the MOST BEAUTIFUL EYES I HAVE EVER, EVER SEEN! I'm pushing 70 years old.....so there is a lot of a lifetime to come to that conclusion!
I love this look. I can listen for hours to George talking 💙
He looks lovely. So young and in his prime of pop stardom.

Ever since I was 12, I was good at putting music and melodic rhythms, beats, etc. together. I wanted to be a sound technician, as I was getting in my late teens, but since I had no support for this, I then became I DJ and have been doing it for over 27 years. I love boy George's vox ( vocals ) he has an excellent voice, and I have mixed his music, ( and others, mainly EDM) Culture Club is an excellent band. I was obsessed with Sound Tec, DAWs. It's very easy to put music and vox ❤️ I've been doing this since I was 12. And I'm in my mid 40s now.

Yes. George O'Dowd was THE most handsome..... good-looking guy I have ever seen!!! . And I was 30 years old when Culture Club first hit the scene!

Yeah..... George has always said that he thought that his nose is too big. I think that his nose is JUST RIGHT for his facial features

Lol no. He came up with the name "boy George" instead of George because ppl mistakened him for a girl, duh lol. Had nothing to do with him looking like a boy vs a man. Here hes like 23 yrs old so I'd say he was a young adult..not adult. Now of course at 58 he's definitely an adult lol.
This was before he succumbed to the drug world.
