Council of Dreams Normal and Heroic guide! Council of Dreams is the council boss of the Amirdrassil raid of Dragonflight. You fight Pip, Aerwynn and Urctos together. This Council of Dreams guide for Aerwynn, Pip and Urctos will walk you through the important healer, tank and DPS raid mechanics you need to clear this Amirdrassil raid boss.

Each Council of Dreams boss has a few abilities, plus an 'ultimate' that they do at full energy. Each ultimate can be countered by directing a normal ability from a different boss at them.
Stop Urctos' Blind Rage by dropping a Polymorph on him during the channel - a duck form player can use 'Preen' while stacking on the boss (after running over three poison flowers) to stop the Blind Rage. Aerwynn's Constricting Thicket can be interrupted by aiming Urctos' Barreling Charge at her during the cast. Pip's Song of the Dragon can be countered by stepping into a poison flower until your heal absorb has been consumed.
On top of that, use poison cleanses to clear the Poisoned Javelin debuffs put out by Aerwynn. Watch out for pushback, stack in the Barreling Charge and tanks can swap Urctos after one stack of Agonizing Claws. The bosses will cast a Rebirth on themselves once defeated if their allies are still up, so you must finish the final boss within 15 seconds of the first one to finish the fight. DPS them down evenly!
Heroic Council of Dreams turns the Agonizing Claws into a cone attack to watch out for, adds a vulnerability to soaking Barreling Charge preventing you from taking back to back charges and makes Polymorph Bomb turn fellow players into ducks if dropped onto them. Get clear of other players before using Preen unless you want them to quack!

Hiya Hazel - first of all, thank you for pulling these guides together!! Helpful. :) Just a small suggestion - could you have a one screen summary of the mechs for the fight at the end? This way I can watch the vid then pause on the screen summary to refer to during the fight. Just a thought. Thanks again!!
One thing we struggle on sometimes in heroic is often *more people get ducked than we have pools for them to eat.* Not leaving any for the next mechanic. In those cases it becomes better to wait it out rather than all die to the pip song.

Wait... why does ducking the bear work? Aren't druids immune to polymorph when in a form?

I’ve had that but if ur ilvl is high enough have someone invite u and que up with u and it should work after that
