It would be so funny seeing these relatively small (compared to legendary) just pester someone 3 times the size of themselves l.

Can I just say, King Ghidorah has had some of the most fraudulent appearances in the whole franchise. In the Showa era, he was very weak compared to other monsters and go his back broken by Gorosauras of all kaiju. In the Heisei era, he was easily soloed by Godzilla. GMK is obvious. The only ones I’d say aren’t frauds are Grand Ghidorah (Rebirth of Mothra series), Keizer Ghidorah, Legendary Ghidorah, and Void Ghidorah (but he’s still kinda fraudulent when he has to abide by our laws of physics).

I do agree with you, but in the Heisei era King Ghidorah was winning the 1v1 until the humans interrupted the mind control on him, confusing Ghidorah and letting Godzilla turn around and destroy him.

Tbf for Void Ghidorah, G Earth is kinda a little insane. When people powerscale G Earth, they always bring up his weight, and how half of all other Godzillas could probably pick up n chuck him, but we have to remember that he is A) effectively invincible to every physical attack B) able to regenerate incredibly quickly from any damage that isn’t instantly fatal C) every one of his attacks easily levelled mountains, even inadvertently

we also hear it never stated how long it took him to destroy the planet. The monsters in final wars destroyed civilization, even with monsters like kamacuras which were about as strong as their showa version. So with ghidorah being able to fly, of course he could wipe out all life on a planet eventually.

power scailing, it looks like gste is trying to go realisticly off the sizes and what was just seen on screen not going deep into scailing, as mv verse is one of the weaker godzilla universes, he wouldnt be able to survive in showa, partly millenium or heisei eras if we were to go off statements and feats of each kaiju

The absolute cannon was weak, wasn’t even a real one and it was just a freeze weapon. Plus the only Millenium movies that connect are the mechagodzilla ones. Fw being the weakest. MV is not far behind Heisei. Base heisei is as even with MV Godzilla more than you think he is. Only spiral ray, burning Godzilla, and super Godzilla are more powerful. Also note (no live action Godzilla is multiversal lol) Burning is solar system level, spiral ray is star level.

I do feel you gave some of the Showa era kaiju the benefit of the doubt. A lot of them would probably not even be able to hurt MV Godzilla in the slightest with their attacks, considering he's much more durable than Showa Godzilla. Furthermore we see that despite being weakened and tired, he's able to take a hell of a beating from Mecha Godzilla.

I’m a massive fan of your channel bro, especially your Godzilla content. I know you probably won’t see this, but I just wanted to say that you’re awesome.

Is actually a good idea, I like to see more videos of this, I mean Legendary Godzilla in Heisei and Millenium era and things like that.

Even if they team up, they would still lose, you didn't give Legendary Godzilla all his abilities like the pulse he can do outside of nuclear form which would hurt or take down a number of them at once. And if it was Godzilla in his new form, none even teamed up could stand a chance against him

GMK Goji would sweep Minus One Goji. You have to remember, GMK Goji is an amalgamation of all the spirits of those killed by the Japanese during WW2 While Minus One Goji is a mutated wild animal. Strong, and durable, but not invincible.

Gotta say....yikes. The difference in raw power gets pretty absurd pretty quick even with zero statements. Kong and Godzilla (very early Showa Godzilla) have a greater physical feat than anything the Monsterverse has shown on screen. That earthquake? They did that, with brute force alone. Obviously later monsters have even greater power. The planet destroying Ghidorah, black hole surviving Mechagodzilla, supernova consuming Hedorah etc By comparison MV Godzilla lasering a chunk out of the planet and fighting a hurricane making Ghidorah and being pretty easily rocked by earthquake making Muto Prime seems pretty laughable. Size means little when the gap in strength is so vast

This is just a funny little poke, but Legendary Godzilla is like the Irish Wolf Hound to the Showa era monsters Chihuahua, sure enough of the little ankle biters can do decent damage, but they’ll all lose in the end.

I honestly think goro can damage legendary quite badly and hell, probably handy cap him due to the power of his jump kick, which was able to break Ghidorah’s back, and as much as I love legendary, I give a shadow of a doubt he can even scratch Angurius , whether that would be through clawing him , blasting him , dropping him from high drops, and even breaking his jaw, it’s not gonna slow down Angurius, plus that man is insane agile and intelligent

I can consider this is true, if it doesn't have Zone Fighter in the scaling, which leads Showa Gojira to Small-Planetary while Legendary will be Large-Planetary, also great video! Keep it up!

Some of this is quite wrong. King ceaser can aboard attacks and send them back 10x stronger. So imagine Godzilla using his atomic breath: JUST for it to be send back to him but more stronger. And others like king ghidorah and Godzilla. But some others are right

The size difference was so drastic I got skeptical for a while, because...showa MG being suko's size??? I dunno- But i believe u, no worries. Thank you for being honest and accurate, because, boy there are a ton of people who are terrible at predicting who'd win a fight, and even worse at power scaling.

You're underestimating pretty much everything coming from Showa era. Of course Mothra silk isn't as frail as regular silk, and so on.

That kind of powerscaling is dumb and should never be used by anybody. It leads to unreasonable tiers and very terrible anti feats that can't be explained in any way other than "The character just isn't that powerful"

We haven't really seen the full potential of showa godzilla due to all of the movies pretty much suited for comedic purposes 90% of the time. He could actually lift monsters bigger and heavier than MV/Legendary Godzilla like MV Destoroyah ( Destoroyah is bigger than godzilla no matter what due to him being bigger than godzilla in the past ) and also many more. We never really got a chance to see a more serious showa godzilla so hopefully we eventually get a retake on those movies but less comedic and more serious.

Legendary Godzilla would be like a literal god in the showa era because of his skin Only things as sharp as Godzilla’s own dorsal plates can hurt him but gigan would be able to saw away godzillas skin, not pierce nor cut

I wonder how Heisei Godzilla would do in The Monsterverse with this logic. Answer: He's an immovable object unlike MV Goji who gets slapped around by a lot of kaiju in his films and often needs help from humans so he clears easily via casual atomic spam. Heisei Godzilla's stature is so stiff it's almost like he's built to not be knocked over.

In all the comparison pictures shown in the video, legendary could just step on his opponents. I chose to shrink legendary because I like smaller kaiju. Better interaction with their environment and all. We could enlarge the showa kaiju to legendary size. It would still make things interesting.

@@GSTE_ Just to summarize it, in the ancient past, the titan Jinshin Mushi, or Muto Prime, attacked and defeated a younger member of Godzillas species, Dagon. Using her ovipositers, she essentially impregnated him by inserting two eggs into Dagon and leaving him for dead. Over time, the two muto eggs fed off the remaining radiation of Dagon, killing him. These muto eggs are what hatched into the two mutos during the events of 2014, with the skeleton the eggs were found in at the beginning of the film being Dagon's. Hope this helped.

Showa Kong is 45 meters tall, just to correct your mistake, and the size difference man. The size will just tell you who will win for most of it

@@GSTE_ yea, and I can tell that legendary can go through the Showa verse with around average difficulty, just still Hedorah (btw Showa hedorah is a girl) Her Smogs and different forms would be a nightmare to fight, not to mention the possibility that she can have regeneration!, so the Showa era would be a breeze just till Hedorah

How MV Godzilla can practically tower them and stuff , well imagine a more powerful beam , that's twice as big than hedorah , aimed at her directly , possibly desintegrating them , they could come back , yes , but their entire body could be obliterated and they could need to regen for a while , and until they get back at their size again, they're just gonna be obliterated by the same beam , if theyre lucky they survive , if they're not they might just be obliterated , im not saying that MV Godzilla has a stronger beam that showa (probably does) but its the size and how much MV goji charges said beam is the problem for hedorah

From a visual perspective, I agree, but the Plot Armor had me confused, wast most of Heiseis fights him just throwing hands and outsmarted human who had years of prep time, plus the only reason Heisei seems to have plot armor is due to his ability to get stronger over time or close power gaps the longer a fight goes on, which gets more broken throughout the movies. Anyways, back to the "Could MV survive the Showa Erea" I some what agree, but the only problem I have is why didn't you show the Monster that weighs 91,000 Tons? Or is it cause that's from Zone fighter if I remember

well I haven't seen zone fighter before, or any books about legendary godzilla. Only the films that they are both mainly from. Also when I said plot armor I meant that when it looks like they are going to loose they get a new power suddenly. With Heisei Godzilla being the closest to death out of any Godzilla who was able to be revived.

I agree. Also in Hesei he loses to Biolante and Destroyah. In millennium he loses to FW Godzilla and maybe Kiryu.

Heisei Godzilla did not lose to Biollante. Biollante was probably the weakest monster in the series, being defeated by a few blasts of atomic breath. Godzilla was knocked out from the anti nuclear energy bacteria, which already made Godzilla drowsy before Biollante even showed up.

You grossly misunderstand how the immense size and weight difference would affect all of these fights. At his peak, Legendary is *at least* 5 times as heavy as Showa. EVERY melee attack would be borderline lethal or would one shot every monster on this list. Most of them would be dead from a tail slam or a bite from Legendary. That size difference also means his breath has much larger coverage. Every shot would bathe the entirety of the other monsters' bodies in thermonuclear plasma. With that in mind, Hedorah would also be dead from the first blast, as Legendary also does not just fire a quick beam. He holds down the trigger until he needs to take a breath. This would completely overwhelm not only King Caesar's eye reflection, but also MechaGodzilla's barrier. Consider also how much reach the big boy has. None of them could get close to his backside without being airborne because the tail would take out several of them out by accident from his movements in combat, like how a car could just *bump* into you at a handful of miles per hour and take you out from the sheer MASS of the thing. Gorosaurus would impale himself on Legendary's fin spikes if he tried to kick him in the back. Seriously, you downplayed these differences entirely too much.

Is he allowed to go thermo nuclear? If so I think he solos the whole verse together because of how busted the aoe is

Did you know that Godzilla can actually hold his Atomic Breath for 10 minutes long, in the movie Godzilla Blasted on the surface to get to Hollow Earth, it was shown in the movie that it was 20 seconds long because it was cut short but in the Novel it was 10 minutes more.

Only 3 kaiju were involved in the fight against MZ and one of them turned against the other two whom opposed MZ (That being titanus rodan) majority of the non alpha titans weren't even active during the event and Kong didn't care about MZ's call to begin with 💀 Edit: and Tiamat lives somewhere at the bottom of the ocean so the events of KOTM wouldn't have had any affect on her regardless of who won.

Additionally, over 90% of all titans on earth dwell within the hollow earth, which monster zero had absolutely no knowledge of and they probably wouldn't have even heard his call anyways (given that none of the thousands if not millions of titans that live there even attempted to navigate to the surface

It's just hypothetical. Literally the explanation for Jet Jaguar's powers in Godzilla vs Megalon was that he taught himself how to. So it is possible that he could grow to monsterverse godzilla's size.

@@GSTE_ sure it’s hypothetical but if someone just assumes his power is “I can do it if I teach myself how” then there isn’t a defined limit to that, what’s stopping someone from saying “jet jaguar negs because he taught himself how to just cause” or “jet jaguar can just tank any hit because he taught himself to do so”. It’s the same thing you used in the video sure he taught himself to grow but it’d be much different to teach yourself to grow to 150 feet than 400 feet. That’s even assuming jet can even move his body at that size or what’s more likely is that he’d end up crushing himself under his own weight.

@@GSTE_ on top of that the showa Kaiju never change size from what I’m aware so why would jet have taught itself to grow 3 times bigger before ever fighting the monsterverse kaiju or using that ability against showa kaiju, certainly his fights would be easier if he could be bigger than his opponent.

@@soulslayers2679 What I said in the vid was that he could match the height of the monsters. Which is the ability he has shown to be able to do. Him being able to teach himself to grow to the height of a monster could apply to if he fought legendary godzilla as well. But yes it isn't certain that he could do this with Legendary Godzilla, which is why I use words like "he might be able to" in the video.

I'm very glad you preface that this is just the movies and not power scaling, because if it was power scaling then no, Monsterverse Godzilla wouldn't stand a chance. Also, one of the strongest godzillas? Pfft... if we're only taking size into account sure, otherwise I'd put him a little above average, maybe a little closer to the upper tiers of all the different versions of Godzilla out there, but not top 5.

@@harristiapo8046 Lack of power scaling aside, there are a lot more godzillas than that, and Burning Godzilla is far stronger than the others, he's #1 on that list. There's 4 versions of Godzilla in the Millennium era alone due to the reboots, two of which are arguable to be stronger than Monsterverse Godzilla, along with the other animated series like Singular Point or even Hanna Barbera's version. I haven't done any rough calculations on all the fine details or stats, but if I had to come up with a quick top 10 I'd say it'd be: 1)Burning Godzilla 2) Final Wars Godzilla 3) Heisei Godzilla 4) Showa Godzilla (his plot armor is rediculous) 5) Shin Godzilla (If we give his full potential he's probably #2) 6) GaM Godzilla (Godzilla Against Mechagodzilla) 7) Monsterverse Godzilla 8)Singular Point Godzilla 9) Godzilla Earth 10) Hanna Barbera Godzilla Again I haven't recently scaled their powers, some can be rearranged here and there or replaced with other things, though from what I remember that'd be my rough estimate of the power scaling.

Man what's with people saying "no power scaling" like I get sometimes power scaling can get a little too far without context But you simply cannot just ignore the feats and statements of other kaijus or other godzillas People can't go around and say MV Godzilla who is around large planetary beats characters who destroy and effect 4d space time areas or planet busting stuff I'm not trying to hate on people like FDA or other people who are new to Godzilla versus match ups but they really need to research about other Godzillas feats scaling etc

@ram4264 agreed. I'm fine with this one specifically since he said it's just based off of what one would get from the movies, but once you stat factoring in the calculations to the feats these monsters are doing it gets ludicrous how strong some versions of Godzilla are.

gorosaurus' kick is pretty strong considering that it BROKE GHIDORAHS BACK. yeah im starting to think that they kept him out of the monsterverse was because he was too powerful

Sorry man, gonna have to disagree with you on this one. Legendary, even without powerscaling, would die by the events of Ghidorah The Three Headed Monster, if not earlier, thanks to numerous statements of Ghidorah being a casual planet buster, and feats proving this as in Zone Fighter, the Goroga Aliens state that Ghidorah is their strongest weapon, which would mean he's stronger than the Goroga missiles which were visibly shown on screen to destroy entire planets.

Doubtful, but that's my opinion. The Showa era literally laid the groundwork for everything that's come since. I think they've made the monsters bigger and more powerful because of it. No era will ever hold a candle to the Showa era no matter how overpowered the monsters become.
