Perhaprs they're going to recoginze hurricanes and inondations as deseases at the nature recognised as a person by law, but I don't think it's realy the correct way... it's more efficient I think to recognize the right of the native who earn they life with the nature in a respectfull way... but thanks for this documentary... french biologist... workless...
