And Sarr is the one player I would hesitate to trade. If the Wizards offer unprotected 2025 do we gamble on them being bad again? Does that class have 5+ guys better than Sarr?
I think it's important to understand where cades mindset to get him to sign extension in order to decide what type of off season they have. Do they need to blow things up to keep him or does he love his locker room and want to take long route to develop team with him.
Rondo or Iggy someone who can relate to players and that they respect and someone who knows how to win

If teams don't want their pick I think we have assets in isaiah stewart and duren (who I personally like) to trade for picks in other 6'10" wings in risacher, alex sarr, zach edey, mates buzelis, and lower in draft for zach edey to replace duren with as a better rim protector.
