The vast majority of those people won't be property owners, have gold-plated pensions, have huge investment portfolios or have massive savings in the bank. It's not the biggest issue, but it is an issue. Ai Deep fakes have a more troubling role in politics going forward as well. But I'm sure they will find that out soon enough

Then program the AI to credit the inspirations, every one of the artists he mentioned will have grown up listening to and absorbing the music of others. Human learning isn't really that different from machine learning of AI's which are also not robots. It would be unenforceable. AI tools are nothing but math and code - anyone can download them and learn the basics in a couple of hours. A couple of days practice and you're good enough to make music that's a passible imitation of a recognised artist. A ban would achieve nothing.
