Knitted in Regia premium merino yak 4ply in colours Nachtblau Meliert (07515) and Gold Meliert (07504). I used 2.5 balls of each colour.

My son, Bill, went to gorgeous, tiny, little special needs school for gorgeous special children. Bill and his friends there all need just a little more care, attention, love and guidance to help them access friendships and education. Bill has autism (and a variety of other issues such as Sensory Processing Disorder, ADD, Dyspraxia, Global Developmental Delay and Klinefelters Syndrome) and most of his school mates have similar challenges as well as Dyslexia across the board. Bill's school is woefully underfunded for a variety of reasons that would take pages of text to explain. The teachers aren't well paid yet they are constantly buying supplies the children need that most pupils don't require; such as pen grips and fiddle toys to aid concentration etc...I have been fundraising for a few years now and with your help have managed to help subsidise school trips, buy sensory room equipment, Occupational Therapy equipment, outdoor tables and chairs, a trampoline...and a mini bus!! # billsspecialbus 🤩 All this fundraising helps a phenomenal school that has given so many children a future they would not have been able to access. Thank you so much for any kind of support you give us.

The scammers are out in force again! There are no prizes being given away at present on my channel. Report them! Their accounts have stolen my profile photo but are called something like “Telegram….” They are all over the knitting community, not just my channel so do not respond to any comment on any other channel that say you have won a prize unless you are sure it’s the creator and not a scam. I’m sorry about this. I’m fielding them and blocking as much as I can. Xxx

Will you have higher temperatures and more consistent sunshine than us though? I’d rather have a smaller but more reliable season. Sometimes we put in our tomatoes in early April and still don’t get any to pick till mid July! Mind you it is nice to be able to spread out the work xxx

@@talesfromcuckooland The temperature will go up eventually and we will have 17 hours of daylight with big blue skies. By the end of May we can safely plant in the ground. It makes us all a little plant crazy! :)

Nice finishing! I did a round up of unfinished projects hiding around the family room, have been purging and rearranging rooms preparing for window replacements, starting yard and garden work, brooding 6 chicks in my bathroom, and trying to strike some balance in my life! Not much snow but it seems time is flying while it has simultaneously been a long slog of a winter. There is a glitch in the matrix.
Oh - daily vlogs with a gardening and knitting theme (Lovely) going into Autumn here so I will live vicariously through your garden (hope theres some veges) Thanks Gayna

It’s a lively thing to have on the go when you want some mindless knitting. I really enjoyed it but it is a lot of plain old knit stitch…but that’s my favourite.

I’ve been dallying over painting our downstairs loo…hopefully you’ll inspire me with that as well as everything else. Can’t wait for the April vlogs ❤ Last year I visited the Alhampton, Somerset, open gardens and looked around Charles Dowding’s ‘no dig’ garden - mainly vegetables but a principle that seems to allow you to spend more time enjoying the garden 👍 I don’t know how you find the time to knit and sew as much as you do - I’m on ‘sleeve island’ at the moment and resisting the urge to cast on something else 😂

I live so close to Alhampton, I should get myself down there. Are you local? I’m still painting a lot. There’s been quite a bit to get done but it’s looking so good now. I wish I had more time to knit but maybe if I did I would tire of it. I think it looks like I knit more than I do, that’s the nature of edited videos. Try to enjoy sleeve island, I rather like holidaying there 🏝️
