Yup! I Always go for the Frozen WILD Salmon. Portions are a perfect size... and defrost quickly.
In Oregon we get FRESH, filet of sole (flounder) in 2 - 3 lb. pack in limited quantities and only $8.99 lb. - Soooo yummy 😋
