Next time you may want to consider giving the patty a brown sear on that pan. It will make a night and day difference in flavor. Whether on a pan, griddle or grill, the same principle applies.

I hear ya CoolJay, and thanks for stopping by. i just bought a different box of frozen patties that i hear are amazing, and hope to try them over the next week or so, so…. stay tuned. they are called “Heritage” brand.

@@gailsfoodandstuff If you are looking for quality don't just get a package labeled ground beef. That indicates it is ground out of remnants. You need ground out of a whole muscle such as chuck. The one you tried from Kirkland is a blend of ground beef and ground chuck. Bubba has a version of Angus ground chuck. I've not tried it but ii is supposed to be decent. Target or your local supermarket might have it.

maybe on the grill, it will taste more like your b/k burgers. :-) also, you will see a “short” for this one soon too. brings in a completely different audience, the more the merrier.

hey mark, i wanted to reply on an older video, so its not front and center,, but i dont know if i told you this, but turns out, videos OVER 12 months old still in fact add to my “watch hours”, as long as people are still viewing it. i thought that one i did just over a year ago, which had like 500 watch hours, was going to pull 500 off my over all list (as i need 3k but 4k is where you get paid) and im only about 2122 right now.. anyway.. all the hours (within) 12 months, count. so, i see on my charts they show me,, where , for example, someone may watch my video about when i got my fryer and did a reveiw. thats been hot all year and i see that those new “views” go to my watch hours. they should tell us that.. like, if i get 5 watch hours for that older video, and they watched it over the last few days, that goes to my annual. hours. does that make sense? i should not tell you this as you did that thing where you binge watched to help, and stopped at the one year mark, lol. im not telling you for that reason, im telling you that i now realize that older vids can still be helpful to my (within 12 month) credit. shwew, my fingers are tired typing all that out, lol.

@MrMarkS-lg7yk well, youtube gives rules and information and said videos over a year (vs saying views and watch hours) no longer count. so i had to see my hours match up with newer watch hours, yet,, for older videos. it appears they also count as long as its within the last 12 months so all that work is not lost…. it can still count.

We bought these and all we got was diarrhea and yes, we did cook them thoroughly

yipes, thats not good. i will say that my hubby and i normally only do chicken burgers anymore and they are much easier on the tummy. try that some time.

@@thrice5560 i hear ya, i usually do them on the grill, but i forget if it was too rainy that day or what,, or high winds that blow out my gas grill. lol. thx for stopping by though, its good to see some of my videos getting views, even if they are not that great, lol. nice to meet you. :-) maybe hit the subscribe button, as i did lots of videos that were quite tasty.. im getting ready to do a review of several frozen pot pies that i got at walmart yesterday. should be posted by tonight when im all done. stay tuned.
