I just wanted to thank Bobby, my Costco sherpa, for recommending the raw organic sauerkraut. It is AMAZING and doesn't taste anything like cooked sauerkraut. It is crisp like a good coleslaw, but not vinegary. Kind of like a Japanese pickled cabbage, but much juicier. Only has three ingredients: cabbage, sea salt and organic garlic. I'm going to make this a staple side dish from now on!

I'm so grateful for you and you should make millions for being super smart and caring. Thank you for sharing your knowledge you are doing God's work. I appreciate your videos. I got into fitness and nutrition in 2006 and read a good number of books from 2006 to 2009. Since then, a lot in the nutrition industry changed and our perceptions of many foods evolved. To me, I stopped changing and I stopped listening to what others have to say about modern diet trends, organic/non-GMO foods and overall education on food sources. I felt that I knew everything and all modern trends and discoveries were just gimmicks and trends that will get overshadowed by future trends. Channels such as yours recently helped me to make better decisions at the store.

Right next to the YouTheory turmeric supplement is the Qunol turmeric supplement also on sale. Fun fact: too much black pepper can upset your stomach. The Qunol turmeric supplement adds ginger along with a little bit of black pepper. The ginger is soothing to the stomach, but it also helps with the turmeric absorption. IMO the Qunol turmeric supplement is the much better one to go with.

Plastics are fine for room temperature and frozen exposure. Even more so absent of exposure to sunlight and/or even some intense artificial lights. Stored in your fridge/freezer combo or deep freezer will amount to less exposure to toxic plastic leeching than you routinely are getting from environmental exposure (most especially if you drink ANYTHING other than water that has gone through RO treatment) The sealer bags say they can also be BOILED. DO NOT boil food in these bags. This will absolutely result in the toxins found in even these "food safe" plastics to break down and allow infiltration into whatever food product is being stored in them. Other than that caveat, freezing and other usage out of direct and prolonged light exposure will expose one to levels of toxins that are virtually undetectable. Unless you're an absolute purist, you'll be fine using them.

You have not done any fast food reviews lately to find healthy options, any chance you could do Dairy Queen?

We tried a sample of the greens drink and me and my kids were making disgusting faces for about 10 mins 😂 I make my own green smoothies and we all thought it would taste like that… Not even close. I felt like I was drinking celery juice 🤢

Undrinkable as is, but not bad after adding monk fruit drops, honey, maple syrup, OJ, pineapple juice, etc.

adding as much animal fat as I could stand really helped me. I use butter, heavy whipping cream, bacon grease, and beef tallow/lard every chance I get. I also consume plenty of olive and avocado oils. My diet is about 60% fat, 35% protein, and 5% carbs. It took me over 50 years to learn what the proper human diet is/was and I have never felt better after 4 years on this diet.

I still can't believe you approved those perfect bars. The amount of sugar in one bar is approximately 30 grams. I bought a box of these to try and I could barely eat half of one before I was overwhelmed with the sweetness. Thanks for all that you do Bobby!

Which have 30g total of sugar? The two in the video have 18/19g.

@@simonb8988you are right, I read the packaging wrong. I accidentally combined the total sugars with the added amount of sugar. One bar has 19 g and the other has 18 g. That's still too much sugar for one bar though and I could taste it. But to each their own. Thanks for spotting that.

@@TheCmoney21b I agree with you. No reason to have more than 7-10 g of sugar, max.

Mr. Bobby, I notice with a couple "clean eating" people I follow that they use stainless steel measuring cups and spoons. Can plastic measuring spoons and cups, such as Tupperware, hold bacteria or harmful chemicals? I am also wondering about acrylic liquid measuring cups. Is glass better? I apologize for posting here. I do not know where else I can ask questions.

Can you make a video or a short about skincare? I think a lot of people put chemicals on their faces that they think will make them more beautiful. I don't use facial care at all, but I only use products purely from nature. I'm very curious to see what your inventions will be
