Idk but that yogurt is something else. I visited Kreta and the yogurt was so silky smooth, when combined with honey and granola it became food for gods

All dairy effects ur hormones a moderate serving of yogurt is beneficial however
I have it with carob molasses
i look for any excuse to eat greek yogurt

Eat the full fat yogurt 5%, add nuts and/ or high protein granola. The combo of fat and protein will keep you full longer. Drink water before and after helps you feel fuller as well.

It's cause the yogurt you might be getting contains high amounts of included sugars so the glucose intake makes you hungirer even so try finding low included sugar yogurts or plain and add honey nuts etc
It makes me 💨 Fart 😊 but I know the bacteria 🦠 is digesting plust B12 is great for the 🧠 brain also
They are fattening.

No they aren't. There's literally 0 grams of fat in my brand of Greek yogurt. I just checked the containers in my fridge.
