It’s so cool that your mom taught you how to travel like that. I’ve always wanted to be the kind of person that travels meeting new people. Can you talk about how you enjoy the gloomy rainy days of trips or even at home. I live in Washington so I try to find ways to make the best of it.

Backpacked Costa Rica for three months. Then into Panama for another three months. We bought a car we could sleep in. And left the tourists behind. It was amazing. Pura vida, pure life.

love how you explain things and write cities names, because videos like these often get so confusing, but yours is just so well explain and relaxing

This video was just what I needed. I hardly traveled in my 59 years and I regret that, but during these covid times, I feel so closed in. But watching you while in paradise, with the turquoise waters and lush green all around, I just had a virtual vacation! Thank you Hannah!! 💕🦋💕

Did you know most pineapples sold in the U.S. Are grown in Costa Rica? They clear cut forests and the pineapple plantations have replaced a lot of natural food sources for great green macaw which are endangered and at risk of extinction in Costa Rica. Not a fun fact but please remember it the next time anyone considered buying pineapple in the US

I used to live in front of the ferry in Puntarenas and one thing I will never forget is how the captain of the ferry would always play the titanic song right before reaching our destination

I love living vicariously through your videos and adventures. I also so appreciate the recommendations you give throughout. It looked absolutely beautiful for the whole trip. I definitely agree that part of the adventure is finding the secret places. We all have to work to preserve them and keep them special. Thank you for sharing. Your filming and video editing abilities are so good, I hope I get that skilled with my videos some day :) As for your back. I'm 23 and have had back issues since I was 9, but they recently got so bad that I woke up one morning and couldn't walk around 3 months ago. I'm sharing this as a fellow young person that wants to help you thrive, not someone that knows it all :). I just want to share my experience in the hopes that it helps. If it doesn't or you've tried what I suggest, disregard! I was always pressured against going to a chiropractor by my grandpa because he thought it was "witchy woo-woo fake medicine" but I was finally talked into seeing one by my boss. Prior to seeing one, my back was spasming so severely that I either couldn't walk or would fall multiple times a day. It's a very hopeless feeling. Going to a chiropractor has helped me a lot. We discovered that at some point (or multiple points) I injured my spine and caused it to have a slight curve on the bottom to the left. It curves into a bundle of muscles that are almost always tight. We're working on realigning my spine and I'm at a point where I am supposed to start doing yoga exercises with a lower back emphasis to train those muscles to stretch and not feel overextended. It's getting easier with time. I was recently in Portland and my last evening there I was meant to go out to a club but my back gave out again (after neglecting it) and I spent my last day bedridden. Being in severe pain on vacation is the worst. I just want to say that if it feels better now, awesome - but there's likely an underlying issue and it will probably be rude and give out again. I encourage you to see a chiropractor if you haven't :) if you have, I hope they're able to maintain some back health for you! Good luck, healthy wishes, and happy further travels.

sometimes i wonder is it too late?

I ended up watching your video by youtube suggestion, I am costa rican so it caught my attention the title of your video and decided to watch it, I really think you had a really nice staying in Costa Rica but there's tons more to see here rather than the popular places. Next time if thinking on coming back, in guanacaste you can go to the rincón de la vieja national park, nice waterfalls there (look for oropendula my personal favorite) but the park itself is amazing, in la cruz de guanacaste you can stay and go to playa rajada, playa penca, dantita, playa naranjo, etc. nearby montezuma the best beach in C.R playa quesera, also in puntarenas you can go to nauyaca waterfall, ecochontales (another waterfall) is nearby also, and if want to have a different experience at all, you may try the Caribbean, puerto viejo and everything there, such as playa chiquita, punta uva, manzanillo, etc. Limón is very popular because of this beaches but you would spot out immediately the difference between the seas. P.S love my country, what can I say?

Hannah, so happy to see you had a wonderful time! Beautiful videos and places in Costa Rica, to help you understand your back issues I could tell that possibly you had not actual bone spine issue it was in your kidney function. Drink tons of cranberry juices and water. Have docs check it out. Your eyes shown signs early in the videos, I'm no doctor, but understand medical signs of certain symptoms. Stay cute and love to see more videos hun! :)

Hannah, have you ever gone to Belize? I think it would be a great place to travel. My family is from there but I recommend avoiding places like Belize city. Placencia, any of the Cayes, and others are much better. They have the 2nd largest Great Barrier Reef in the world and there’s also the Blue Hole diving. Mayan temples and making chocolate from the cacao fruit. Lots more but it’s just an idea if you’re ever looking for a new place to try!

I unfortunately have no kids. But Hanna if it saw she would’ be exactly like you. Going full in for it. Very honest . And a beautiful tinkerbell
