Hello Mr. Geiwitz! I am moving to Green Bay in August 2021. I will be working at UWGB. I have seen many of your videos and they are very informational. Nice to know you went to UWGB as well. Since I will be going to UWGB for work, which area do you think I should live in. I would like to stay in an apartment and look for a house in a year or two. My question is controversial but please excuse me if I am not able to properly frame it. Is there an area I should avoid for various reasons like crime... (hmmm basically crime)? Is there any area that suits me. I will be living alone and don't go out much. I do research (academic) and I prefer working at home too.

living on the west coast there is hundreds of homeless living tents - very sad
Not affordable. Any place clean safe or nice very expensive about 800 for 1 bed room.. Nice home over 200 thousand. Public transportation limited. Up date this video. Gas is about 3 bucks a gallon.

Affordability view differs from person to person. For me 800 for a 1 bedroom is very good. We are looking to move to WI from GA. We are currently paying more than 1000 for a one bedroom. Thanks for this video helps a ton!
