Thanks so much, guys. May I point out that out here on the West Coast, the thought of staying connected with your Brian’s the community is mostly an afterthought. I’m beginning to see why Green Bay is at the top of the list for most desirable city to raise a family

Hi! I am a Russian child and my family is thinking about moving to the USA, we are considering Green Bay as a new home, please tell us more about the climate and all aspects of life, and also compare Green Bay with New Orleans please.

No comparison. It's like different countries with Green Bay being the better of the two. My opinion, of course. 👌🏼🤓

You can not compare Green Bay to New Orleans. They are totally different .New Orleans is in a different part of the country. It’s hot in the summer and mild in winter. New Orleans is a big city ; Green Bay is not. New Orleans have hurricanes at times. It is too warm for snow. Green Bay is a wonderful small city. It does get cold in the winter. Green Bay usually gets a lot of snow but the last few years there has not been much snow. I am concerned it is climate change. Summers are wonderful and autumn is beautiful with the leaves turning to colors. It is easy to get around in a car and there is a good highway system. Public transportation is poor here. A car is a must. People are friendly. There are around 12000fresh water lakes in Wis. Boating, fishing, swimming in lakes, kayaking are a few things people do on the water. I am a native here in Green Bay. If you have more questions, feel free to ask me.

I'm from Green Bay, also former assessor and appraiser. These are not the greatest neighborhoods. Drugs, property crime, bars, homeless, occasional shooting, etc. It's not "Big City" bad, but I'd recommend checking them out at night. If you're thinking of buying and it's near an apartment complex or rental property, you should probably look at other areas.

I miss the fish frys on Friday nights and on Wednesday nights during lent. I miss whisky Manhattans in a tub that you don't have to float a bond to enjoy. I miss my big house that I filled with friends I now miss too, but I miss the "midwest nice" the most.

Most expensive suburbs, not in order: Ledgeview, Ashwaubenon, Hobart/Howard/Suamico. Any subdivision on Green Bay or with a small lake. Still reasonable compared to national average asking price. Door County to the north of Brown County (Green Bay/suburbs) will generally be much higher.

Great video! Unfortunately Green Bay is turning into little Milwaukee. It seems violent crimes are more prominent now than ever before. I understand the suburb village of Ashwaubenon actually has lower property taxes compared to other areas?

  • @DivineUnderstanding888

The word “ghetto” is from the Nazi era. A ghetto is a place where groups of people are kept forcibly segregated from others. What you really mean is that black people live there. Just because a black person is there it becomes “ghetto” It’s wasn’t their choice to come here, they were brought here by your forefathers. But I pray for you and the generational curse your people have created for yourself and your children because you will see the universe and karma play out and balance out the injustices caused.

Most stadiums are the same dose not matter what town in Orlando Florida you had to park a few blocks away but with no open container laws it was just like heaven walking to the tangerine bowl for a rock concert smoking joints also cops didn’t care about weed back then.
