Hi Ankita! It's a really informative video for the new students/migrants planning to move to Adelaide. I just wanted to highlight one thing that Woolworths/Coles/Aldi trading hours are from Monday to Friday are 7am-9pm. They don't stay open after 9pm in Adelaide. The bakery products at Woolworths are reduced to 50% usually after 6:30pm, just thought of sharing the deets as I work for one of the above-mentioned retail in Adelaide.

Hi, can you please correct some information? Food is cheaper in Melbourne, there are more lunch deals there and cheaper dinner options available in Indian restaurants. You also said there are cheaper bakery things available at coles, woolies and aldi after 9 but they actually close at 9, so this is not correct. Also for buses here, you mentioned off peak hours are before 9 and after 3 and peak hours between 9 to 3 but that's totally opposite. It means the price information you gave for the buses was the wrong way. Please spread correct information. Thanks

Be warned about Adelaide. There is a reason for everything. I was at Flinders University many years ago, and it was fucked even then. It services the southern part of Adelaide (heavily populated by UK migrants) and you can guess what you will encounter when you get here. Even the academic staff in those days, helped their mates into jobs. You will think of me, if you are mad enough to come here!

I am chetan .I am coming to Austrelia on PR Basic at next year.so I am thinking about Reginal Area is good or not because I am doing technically Engineer job so is there available this type of job .and my wife is a teacher is there getting teacher easily. So can you tell me this this .

Teaching is a protectionist racket run by the unions. Overseas people have very little hope against all the adversities. There is no such thing as a permanent secure job in Australia. Unless you are in desperate poverty - don't leave India.

Please make in-depth analysis and compare with your home country and Australia both living and work conditions to be highest priority and even majorly considering factors like financial growth, lifestyle change, weather, family profession and many more. Please talk to your friends here in Australia before making any firm decision. Avoid Adelaide. This city is for those who are refused immigration in other places. There is scant hope for employment and a high incidence of racism. Students are led up the garden path with promises of part time jobs etc and often fall into poverty. Avoid if you can.
