I had not heard of Oneskin until you just mentioned it- looks intriguing! Also looks like all of their products are fragrance free, but pricey! I was thrown off by their product being called "topical supplement" and sadly it took me a minute to figure out it wasn't an actual supplement, lol! Although I haven't had my coffee yet so that must be why! 😂 This might be a Black Friday Day purchase if it's on sale!

OMG I do the same as you when I’m up to use the bathroom in the middle of my sleep…..apply another layer! Usually I’ll apply the Skin1004 sleeping pack/laneige cica sleeping mask.

Can I use this in the morning with a vitamin c serum? I love how non-sticky this is!

Great video! I was searching for your review on Medik8 Peptide serum conplex, the one with copper peptides. What is your opinion on it? I am pretty sure you know the product :). I want to start introducing copper peptides on my morning routine and I want to keep it simple, only 1 serum(followed by moisturizer + sunscreen), but the best, I don't care about the price (if is under 100 💶 😅 though). Any recommendations?

I got this serum in the Stylevana anniversary box. It is lovely but watery, which doesn’t bother me…I also use a serum after it with my FOREO Bear, so that may affect my opinion on the wateriness of it.

Please, please, do an update on your routine. Your skin looks so tight and smooth!

Yes! Absolutely hate scented face products! I had to redo my entire face routine just because i tried a scented face cream.......😂

My skin is currently irritated from retinol so i switched to a mild cleanser and ceramide moisturizer, will this add benefits if i added this in my routine?

Haha I do the middle of the night application also when I wake up, which I always do. I head to the fridge and apply my vitamin C in the early hours, then back to the bathroom to apply the Klairs Midnight Blue Calming cream which contains Centella (supposed to enhance the effects of Vit C). When I go to bed I use tretinoin and in the morning I use TNS Advanced growth factor. So it's really hard fitting everything in!😜

Oh thank you so much! I wonder- I lost a bit of weight in the past month - I actually quit drinking any soda and cut out (almost) all sugar, down about 15 pounds in about a month. I wonder if that is it? I love my Coca Cola, but now drinking water instead. I also upped my usage of copper peptides to 6 times a week. I think that probably has been more beneficial than anything else I've done.

Can I use this with COSRX AHA/BHA Clarifying Treatment Toner?

is the jumiso snail peptide better than cosrx 6 peptide? (i have normal sensitive, slightly acne prone skin)

I just got mine today and the leaflet inside says "first step booster application". It basically recommends that I use it before toner, it says "use it as the first routine instead of toner to awaken your skin's functions". Have any of you tried doing that? I usually tone before anything else, what are your thoughts?

Hei, can I use it before or after Retinol?

I heard that people that use a spicule serum before their GF and peptides serums have much more anti-aging bennifits then using a GF serum alone . It was some study so maybe we should look into finding a good spicule serum to go with our revive serum to see if their is extra bennifits.

I found it to be okay, it was almost a combo of snail mucin and a niacinamide serum (well, I guess that it what they meant for it to be). I just ended up liking the snail cream on its own more, but a lot of people enjoy the Dual Essence, too. You'll have to let me know what you think!

Oh thank you so much! I did lose a little bit of weight- I always lose weight by the end of summer then gain it all back in the winter, lol! I also did another microneedling and laser session at my esthetician. I think she did BBL and fotona on my forehead trying to get rid of the rest of the melasma... which may never fully go away but coming closer and closer!

I don't think so.... % of the peptides is very small. According to aliceintherabbithole here on KZread. It truly is a booster.

I tend to agree with Laura- although I tend to use it in conjuction with The Ordinary Copper Peptides and they work well together.

I really love the snail eye cream, I've tried dozens of eye creams and the cosrx is only one of two I've repurchased. Definitely helps firm eyelids and the bottle is pretty large as well.

I typically do - the only thing to really watch out for is something that has an extremely low pH (like an exfoliating serum or ascorbic acid does) because those can break the peptide bonds. Otherwise I think you will be just fine using them together!

Is it an Ascorbic Acid Vitamin C or a derivative? That would probably impact the peptides a bit if it is Ascorbic Acid due to the low pH. that can break peptide bonds. If it is a derivative - Both these products are quite nice- the Jumiso is a bit of a gel texture and if you use a really small amount of it you could probably get away with using it after the Vitamin C. The Cosrx is extremely liquid-y so you would probably have to use it before the Vitamin C. If you use Ascorbic Acid I might recommend something a bit different. The Purito Centella Unscented Serum, the Isntree Green Tea Fresh Serum, the Hyggee Natural Repair Serum are all equally great options where you could just apply a small amount to give skin a touch of hydration. Hope this helps, let me know if you have other questions!

@@NOBSBeauty wow I didn't know that vitamin C could potentially impact peptides. My serum uses 3-O-Ethyl Ascorbic Acid, i suppose i'll go with the Cosrx peptide boost and use it before the vitamin c. I'll also have to checkout the 3 serums that you recommend 🤭 have been wanting to try new serums for awhile now~ Thanks for the very detailed advice Sarah! ❤️

I've done it in the office but not at home. I think the company Makeup Artist's Choice sells them, I would just be careful. watch several videos, read up on the directions several times (sounds like you are already doing that). Best to research a lot and buy from a good vendor that will answer questions. I think there are many people that have done this successfully at home and be cautious. I also believe you need to take several weeks of exfoliants, retinoids, acids off before doing this.

I searched high and low and no mention anywhere of percentages. Looking back at the ingredients list again I have a feeling you are probably close- my guess would be around 3-6%, that's just an educated guess. Frustrating to not know the exact amount.

I used it with vitamin c in the AM and it hurts my skin barrier. I only use it at night now

But can you layer with vitamin C (in am) or tretinoin (in pm) as it contains copper peptides?

I would not use it with anything with a low pH (such as ascorbic acid or exfoliants). If the Vitamin C you use is a derivative that would probably be okay. I also believe it is okay to use with tretinoin. I just apply a neutral layer between the two. Everyone has differing opinions on this, but my research has shown that the pH of a product plays more of a role than anything else. The low pH can break the bonds of the peptides.
