1:45 Okay, let's solve this using all the calculus I know. First, the formula immediately tells it is horizontally periodic with the period of π because the only x appearing is 2x inside the cos function. the change the x to -x is absorbed by the cos, so I only have to consider 0

Sorry that it's sine not cosine, but here I have: \sin((\sin(\sin(\sin(\frac{x}{1.6})\pi)\pi)+\sin(\sin(\sin(\frac{y}{1.6})\pi)\pi))\pi)=0 \sin(\sin(\sin(\ \frac{x}{2})3\pi)\pi)=-\sin(\sin(\sin(\ \frac{y}{2})3\pi)\pi)
Just a question, how do you even get these equations? Like do you think 'oh lets put some sin x + . . . And make it equal to tan x -. . .?'
