Correctional Officer Jayme Biendl Killed in Prison- I worked in the Chapel She Was Killed In

Correctional Officer Jayme Biendl was killed by an inmate in the monroe correctional complex or monroe prison in monroe washington on Jan. 29, 2011. I worked at the same prison and even in the same chapel she was killed in when I worked there from 2013-2015. This video I show her grave and show the prison and chapel she was killed in.
If you have any suggestions for any crime locations, infamous crimes or infamous people you want me to cover, (mostly around WA state as that is where I live but any state is fine) send me a message on facebook or instagram @ infamous crime locations.
Thank you for checking out my channel. If you enjoy crime related content and especially seeing me go to where these crimes happen, definitely subscribe and hit the bell to get notified of every new video. And as always, my name is Harmin and thank you for watching.

My nephew served in the military and then reenlisted a few years after leaving. He spent 18 months in Iraq. When he left the second time, he and his wife were both C.O.s in a rural N PA town. They made VERY LITTLE money, I am certain it was not much over minimum wage! Now he works in a factory for much better money. My son is on his 20th year in the military. He did 6 deployments in the Middle East, and he is going to stay in a few more years. I am incredibly grateful for ALL people who work in human service jobs and those who help others!

Very impressive Harmin, and thank you for that. I just realised that your videos often, and this one in particular, appear to work in threefold: - It is a very good way for people, like you in this case, who have an actual relation with the crime victim or with the crime location, to cope with that. To apply some kind of counterbalance for yourself. - It is also an impressive way to pay homage to, and honour the victims, - And finally you spread the story and awareness, familiarizing your audience with the criminal(s) and victims and leaving us points to think about. Well done!

I think it's called the Panic Button. I've read that Officer Jayme DID complain to her union and supervisors about being alone with these inmates, but due to cutbacks, they weren't able to place another correction officer with her. She should NOT been allowed to be in a room alone with these male inmates. Period! May she rest in eternal slumber peacefully.

She was VERY alone. That is an isolated post with no cameras and no partner. Because of that it was fairly easy for Sherf to blindside her and strip her of her radio before she had a chance to respond. There are some people in Olympia who could easily have prevented this but they chose not to. It was my observation that they cared very little about staff safety. And nothing has changed.
