Throw the keyboard legs away so your keyboard is flat so your wrists can remain neutral. No one thinks to make the font bigger, but if you increase your font size, you won't feel like you need to lean forward or squint. Much easier on the eyes.

Good point. When you make the font larger don't forget your mouse pointer too ! It can be extra large ...set in the mouse settings.

I cannot believe, I have watched at least 30 or more videos about ergonomics from professionals like physical therapist, and absolutely know one points some things this man mentions. I have been having issues with my arm and I have adjusted and bought some gadgets and nothing helped. I even have an adjustable desk and an ergonomic chair and yet still in pain. The little things this guy advices on made a huge difference. My arm feel betters within 5 mins. I am so happy!!! Jesus Christ bless you sir! :)

All summed up nicely. I've been getting lower back pain lately and suspected everything from osteoporsis (ridiculous for my age male), to arthritis(similar) to something skeletal (what meds have I taken?)...I suspect it's simply my lumbar support in sitting (I know I sit too much, and standing station is on the list) but now I think my muscles are fatiguing by not being supported. I came here to look at proper monitor height. I see you have a monitor stand, which I'm just setting up, but my monitor does move vertically like yours, so I think it's an inch too high now.. It was about and inch or two too low. Distance and mouse are spot on, thanks.

Fantastic explanation, great work... Could you share the size of the lumbar support, will be helpful for me to choose it for my chair...

Best advice - don't get a job where you have to sit in front of a computer all day. Be a physio !
