Corona Virus Zombie Shotgun. 12 GA single shot monster.

In this video I buy a $99 dollar Walmart shotgun, turn it into a zombie apocalypse weapon, and take it to the range.
This shotgun was originally a New England Firearms 12GA single shot gun.
I send a few slugs and some buckshot rounds down range before attempting to use the cartridge adapters. The adapters allow me to fire 40 S&W and some 45 ACP out of a 12 gauge.
Enjoy the video.

That is actually a really nice break open shotgun. Most 99 dollar shotguns are cheap quality. The NEF shotguns are good. Wish Walmart still had them.

Since this was made, NEF was absorbed into Remington, and this line of guns have been discontinued. Savage Stevens and Henry are still manufacturing break-open, single-shot shotguns. But NOT at $99.00.

I prefer the 12 gauge mini shell slugs. My $99 pointer has a quick release butt pad and I can throw about 8 of them into the plastic stock. I bought it as a novelty but have really grown to enjoy it.

Have a similar set up on my 12 gauge Nomad for truck gun and survival tool. Nomad has a hollow stock so I packed mine with small fire kit, rope style cleaning kit, and a couple extra rounds, for grab n go gun, got a sling on mine too for overland and woods carry. I like 12 gauge break over shotguns, a number of inexpensive decent ones on the market!

I run a similar arrangement, except my barrel inserts are all 18 inches long. You should see how .357 mag and .44 mag zing out of barrels that long. .45 acp isn't exactly humble coming out of a barrel that long.

First of all nice vid and good job on that monstrous looking ZoMbiE shotgun...so awesome. So did you paint the shotgun? Every time I see this color I keep thinking it's a 10ga, but obviously not. Also, is this SB1 or SB2? I'm guessing an SB1 with a 3 inch chamber. My final question is what make and model is this shotgun? You demonstrated that it can shoot slugs and 00 bucks so this will save me the trouble in asking if it can shoot slugs. Of course, full choke barrel from what I understand that you cannot use 00 or 000 bucks and slugs for Turkey gun. But then again I believe you can use Foster Slugs. Ok then...peace.

I have 20 and .410 adapters for my single barrel 12, I think the pistol caliber adapters are useless though, because the bullets don't interact with the barrel beyond the adapter. The adapters for shotshells allow you to use lighter recoiling shotshells and less shot, in case you don't want to blow that bunny to smithereens or so riddle a squirrel that it is inedible without breaking a tooth. Then there is the problem of if shells become scarce...If all you can get are 20 gauge and what you have is a 12, it is adapter time, and you are in ammo! But Having used them for years, I don't recommend them for slugs.
