    You need a California duster from bomgaars for the windows. Takes 1/8 the time as using window cleaner

    You might be the first person I’ve ever heard say they liked Case’s height sensors haha. After owning a jd 612, Geringhoff North Star, and a 4412 over the years. We traded for a Capello this year and absolutely love the head. Super simple design. Try one if you ever get the chance!!

    Ti should have clarified ...case sensor arm ...the deer will snag junk - the case arm hung by a chain and was suppier...the case reaction time sucked though ...we don't have any dealers in the area for other corn head brands

    How you like the switch from 12 row back to 8row corn head?

  • @Blackearthexcavationandtiling

    @Blackearthexcavationandtiling

    Жыл бұрын

    It's definitely slower! .... 6 works well for our ground - but all you do is turn and turn, plus you loose dual wheels ...... the 12 was awesome for productivity - but the rough areas it struggled some to follow ground contours.... plus with a 12 it's either 12 row planter (to narrow) or a 24 (to big) ..... so I think I'm going to have to just be happy with 16 row planter and a 8 corn head ......

  • @Fieldman12

    @@Blackearthexcavationandtiling Yeah the planter matching up is always a concern. It can be done with a 16row planter and a 12row corn head but it's a pain.

    That would be a really idea setup though! ... possibly the new autopath by JD would be accurate enough to do it - not sure ..... 8 row is still slow, but sure a lot faster than a 6
