    Even if these are practice pulls but one thing is for sure, Pavlo is a very strong puller, especially in his weight class. Hope he gets some significant international matchups at EvsW or Kott.

    @The Dark Lord Is Eternal I know Pavlo is not a bum, but there are level to this and the weight classes are not there for decoration. Corey is now the US #1 Superheavyweight, so for Pavlo to peform that weel with him is impressive (even if it is just an afterpull).

    I am sure he didn't have the intent to injure himself or the oponent, neither to get out some frustration after being held and pinned, I think it was because that is how he is training at practice with Michael, Corey and Michael practice pulls are that dangerous and I think it gets in the instinct because he trains that way.

    I think it was pride. It was too embarrassing to get pinned by a light heavyweight so he had to resort to extreme measure to prove himself. This is where Brzenk's humble-ness and long-sightedness really shows. Recently he conceeded a pin during a practice with Brandon Allen, who then was on cloud nine. John was not willing to risk his shoulder in order to save face.

    @@LeahRobb Michael and Corey seem to dislike losing even in practice - which doesn't make sense. Guys like John and Devon aren't willing to risk it all in a practice session. "Don't leave it all in the gym" has long been a boxing adage for a reason.

    After pulling isn't competition, everyone and their dog trying to judge it like supermatches. Corey gives his wrist and tries to hold him, tries to pin him from a bad setup, tries to pin him from a slow start without attacking his pronation........... Don't judge practice pulls, if you do you will never really understand the different levels people are at. Corey isn't trying to blow through him that isn't fun for anyone and unlike eastern pullers there is alot less Ego on the practice table here.

Which is what stonewalled Corey here on the left. On Johns live chat he actually thanked John for teaching him that day.

    Johns hardest match was against Corey. That’s why he lost to ongrabiv. He did not take enough time to rest and properly train for that match. I think it was just three weeks off after Corey.
