I'm 45 and tbh started at the gym before discovering John, but he has also inspired me to get stronger. Why not when I've always been aware of being naturally stronger than other women, but I was lazy in my youth. Now I've managed to peak at 46 push-ups in a row without a pause with my feet up 35cm :D Yes!!! Never would have done that at 25.

Amazing work John! It was inspirational to see you get the stop without the strap and hold him inches from the pad. You really dug deep! Then you about took the hand! , dragged back and nearly pronated OVER THE TOP of his hand. The adrenaline rush I got was off the charts. Almost passed out myself! I played it in slow motion and it is THEATRICAL to say the least. I know this win really took you by surprise. Your better than you think John! Haha. Yes it could have gone either way but you proved your meddle once again. You are factually there with the big boys. I know this has turned out to be an amazing and fun run to say the least!
