I think I can beat both guys respectively. I’ve never arm wrestled but I’ve eaten a pretty large sandwich on several occasions.

Brzenk and Larratt and Engine on the phone were gold hope all three get together in one place someday.

About the resistance band I have a exercising equipment similar to the band, its a spring exercising equipment. I found it lying on the floor, my dad used to use it. It becomes harder to move as you move away and u can add more springs. It basically streches the tendons and muscles but doesnt put pressure on the bone or the bicep that much(you can try to get pressure on the bicep but its hard). You should warmup and slowly pull the spring/band back use another hand if u want. It was intended to be used by standing on the lower part of the equipment where the springs are attached. And hold the upper part where the springs are connected, which is a handle. It really is good in streching the muscles tighter more as u move away and the tendons. I actually messed up my tendon on the first day and had to take 5 days to recover.
