Thought about this, S T R E N G T H C A M P shirt fits well you could take over some of Elliots space and do whiteboard videos. Don't change direction or remove your videos like he did. You're going in the right direction.

Hey Phil, you probably won't see this but, I first saw you with Overtime Athletes, shit was fire and I picked up the "fight ready PDF! anyway, I am a blue belt in bjj and play semi pro soccer, what is the best core workouts for me to focus on? Should I split them and focus on bjj core one day and soccer core the next day or am I overthinking it and either way it's gonna help?

LOVE LOVE LOVE these exercise movements!! Simple yet effective.. I didn't discover the deadbug until the pandemic and Now i have many ways of improving the movement whether adding light dumbbells in my arms or using ankle weights or a mini resistance band under my feet! I also like that you were quite specific on the BREATHING pattern to follow! Many times people are soooo focused on holding their breath when executing an exercising.. not realizing that's where the gains BEGIN... with breathing! Thank you for the great content.. even if i got it 2 years later!
