This video builds off the Mushroom Revival video and processes for cordycep production on a midsize scale using XL mushroom grow bags instead of totes or monotubs. I felt like besides home production/hobbyists information about midsize production was extremely lacking. Production as a whole is so new that there is so much to learn and discover! We are truly on the cutting edge of science. I'm currently working on growing on oats or other grains and combos due to organic rice being expensive and hard to find bulk plus, supplements are being discovered to boost cordycepin production (like epson salt)! I've only been growing cordyceps over this winter of 2023/24 and have only been running my own lab LC-liquidity op for three seasons.
