Holy moly... This is such a grail. I have yet to see this sneaker in person in my 8+ years of being into sneakers.

This is awesome, Tiffany. My daughter loves Coraline, but I had never seen this shoe. I think the canvas material and the stitching makes it really unique. And the zoom air in the insole? I didn’t even know that was a thing. So cool! Thank you for sharing these with us.

Your an absolute Legend. I just found out bout these shoes. Coraline is one of My fave movies. Found a pair for $1.5k on GOAT. Highly considering buying them. These are one of My Grails now. Love everything bout this shoe.

So cool details you went through.I've been trying to win myself a pair of these shoes! I'm a huge fan of LAIKA!😍 It's funny how there also collaborating with converse as well.I did get a pair of the converse. I met Travis multiple times, which I know he owns Nike's.

I loved the movie. I wasn't lucky enough to get a pair of shoes though. I absolutely love the details that went into the upper...great job on it! To answer your question, I love the symbiotic relationship Nike and Laika have and how the cross promotion works for promoting their movies. The same goes with ParaNorman and Kubo!

Loving the new audio quality! There were a few bumps and shifts picked up, my recommendation is to use a shock mount of some sort on that mic to isolate the bumps and shakes! Awesome work!! Loving the content and the information.

Tiffany Beers I don’t necessarily have a brand in mind, but honestly anything on amazon should work pretty well! You use the Blue Yeti mic right? There should be a decent amount of options if you just search your brand of mic + shock mount. It may also require you to mount your mic on an arm or stand so the mic is suspended!

Tiffany Beers basically it isolates the vibrations and bumps that get picked up by the microphone. When you brush or bump the table the vibrations travel through the table to the stand and up to the mic when it’s hard mounted to the stand. When you put the shock mount between the Stand and the mic it acts like a suspension and doesn’t translate those vibrations or noises to the mic!

They keep going up in price. I know because I own a pair in a small size still NIB, never even untied from when they arrived double laced like she’s showing them. They’ve gone from around $500 new when I first got them to now around $1000. Beware though that some people are selling them NIB when they aren’t and have clearly been unlaced and at least worn once. As they become more and more rare, and people actually buy them to wear, the price will continue to go up. There’s already a limited supply, a little under 2000 were initially made so I don’t foresee the price going any lower than it is right now

Love the shoes! Tiffany can you do a video explaining how a team would approach a project and the decision making process in design and materials? I'm always intrigued at how they come up with amazing finished products!

I have a couple of dunk sb’s where the zoom unit became unglued from the sockliner/insole what would you recommend for reapplying the zoom unit? Or is it a lost cause at this point?

if you can find shoe glue, that will work. otherwise try super glue or something that wont degrade the tpu of the airbag. honestly double stick tape might even work. once the foot is on top of it, it should pretty much stay in place.

I love Coraline the film 😍😍 I think its awesome to have a shoe that goes with a movie. Would love to see more womens hightops - the only cute looking ones I've been able to find are the Reebok Freestyle Hi. They actually have a version out inspired by the show Glow on Netflix so similar concept to this vid. Really want the adidas extaballs to come back, the colour combos were so unique. Haven't seen anything comparable to that style.

oops, typo - I also meant the sockliner! Materials question: are glow-in-the-dark outsoles less durable than normal outsoles? Not 100% sure, but I "feel" like the sole on my Coralines started to show wear a lot sooner than my other dunks, which is why I had to retire them for a couple years (or until I can find another size 13 in the wild)

I just picked up the East vs West SB dunk. Aka the Tupac and Biggie pack.
