Cops Realize They Can't Bully Everyone

Welcome to a thought-provoking exploration of a recent incident that has captivated the public's attention. Join us as we delve into the riveting confrontation between a man known as Durango the Clown and security personnel at a facility managed by the Georgia Department of Corrections. This incident has ignited a debate on the legality and appropriateness of actions taken in public spaces, sparking questions about individual rights, photography, public access, and security measures. This is more than just a story; it's a dialogue about the essence of our society and the intricate balance between our shared freedoms and securities.
In this video, we will dissect the core issues surrounding the clash between Durango the Clown and security personnel. We'll dive into the fundamental right to film in public spaces, deeply embedded in the principles of freedom of expression. While this right is essential in a democratic society, we'll also explore the reasonable restrictions imposed by the government in the interest of public safety and security.
Furthermore, we'll shed light on the complexities of trespassing laws and the grey areas that sidewalks present when they border private properties. Understanding the nuances of determining trespassing, including signage, public notices, and area use, is crucial in this discussion.
We'll also discuss the legal aspects of providing identification, drawing attention to the Fourth Amendment's protection against unreasonable searches and seizures. Specific situations that legally require identification will be highlighted, addressing the delicate balance between privacy, police authority, and civil rights.
The implications of documenting public spaces will be thoroughly examined. We'll explore how recording serves as a tool for civic engagement, journalism, and social accountability, while also considering concerns about privacy, security, and potential misuse.
If you found this video informative and thought-provoking, don't forget to like, subscribe, and share it with your friends. Your support helps us continue to create content that sparks meaningful dialogues.

Even if he did, the judicial branch cannot directly interact with the executive branch in an official capacity like this, that judge would have to recuse herself in this case or it would have to be thrown out. We have separation of branches of government power for a reason. Basic social studies shit I learned in elementary school.

Right that's one way to look at it. But the problem it's not just that their/cop's are ignorance about the law. & yeah pretty much their are😏, But the main issue & problem is that the cop's think & believe that the people a.k.a Citizen's are ignorant about the law and of ours amendments Right's.🤦‍♂️ Plus on top of that note the cop's believe their above the law. And that kinda scary that Law enforcement officers keep thinking & believe that when their opposes Citizen's those same cop's will do this on purpose to ignore their own policies and we the people are the one's is getting hurt at the processes of the police officers unlawful conduct & actions. And don't know why the police think that the people/ Citizen's work for the police 🙄😒 and not the other way around 🤦‍♂️. In this situation cop's not supposed assume a crime being committed. And so what the owner want innocent Citizen trespass. But the cop's need to know the difference between what is public property from private property actually Means & stay for🤔 Cop's can't trespass any Citizens from the public unless their have Committ a crime. Someone else doesn't want you there doesn't necessary means the suspect is committed a crime. Why doesn't the cop do their job of what is required for them to do in the first place and that is to go and investigate first hand before their do anything else 🤦‍♂️

correct. Public sidewalk is just that. It doesn't matter if it is on private property. My house has a sidewalk out at the street. I can not trespass anyone from that sidewalk even though it is on my property. I could remove the sidewalk but then the public could walk on my grass since the sidewalk is in the public easement.

How can so many police officers and departments be ignorant of the Constitution? The fact that police officers are allowed to lie by case law is a huge problem! If the quote law that is not correct, either they are out and out say what they know to be false or they are so ignorant of the law and the constitution. Ask any qualified civil rights attorney and he will tell you the same, original charges MUST be adjudicated before you can file in federal court for civil rights violations.

This is a Texas supreme court case that says "If you are not free to go you are under arrest, if you are not under arrest you are free to go" NEVER ask "Am I free to go", ask "AM I UNDER ARREST". If they say no then just turn arround and continue to do your thing however you decide including just waking away and ignoring them. Aha Georgia not Texas.

That's case law?? What an obvious lie by the numb nut cop. Case law is a court decision, not a real law. You know the cop is lying because if there were an actual law to base case law upon, the cop would quote the law not some ethereal/no existent case law. Did he really call a judge, I have my doubts about that too. In specific situations, individuals in Georgia are legally required to provide identification: When operating a motor vehicle: If you are pulled over while driving a vehicle, Georgia law mandates that you provide your driver's license, registration, and proof of insurance upon request. In certain circumstances of probable cause or arrest: If an officer has probable cause to believe you are involved in a crime or has arrested you, they have the authority to ask for identification. At certain government facilities: In certain secure areas, such as airports or federal buildings, individuals may be required to show ID as a condition of entry. While using certain government services: In some situations, government employees may request identification to access services or benefits. Notice that photographing or recording a prison from public property or easement is not mentioned here! Correct me if wrong, but are not sidewalks, (unless signed, gated or fenced - prior notice) specifically provided for 'Public Traffic." I.E. Public property/easement, that is provided legally on either side of every public roadway in the country.

In most states, the police cannot arrest for a misdemeanor that they did not witness. The prison employees can make a citizens arrest for trespassing and then be liable for making a false arrest.

Some people just don't get it." Bravo Zulu. We that took and genuinely understand the pledge we made - support you. Please continue to keep them in check! People need to analyze, evaluate, and audit our public institutions (to the fullest extent), especially law enforcement (the ones with guns and who can put you in a cage). Who will? Internal Affairs? The Attorney General? Both will take the word of some uneducated, power-tripping person who thinks they have total authority over citizens. Unfortunately - at the very least, about 1/3 of people in law enforcement consist of two types: Those who were bullies and want to continue being so, and those who were bullied and desire to get even with society.

All the auditor needs to do is ask the police officer to see his map that he checked to prove the sidewalk or the edge of the road are the property of the prison. Of course the policeman did absolutely no investigation so he has no clue where the property lines are.

The Supreme Court has made clear that, as long as a photographer is legally standing on public grounds, he can photograph anything his eyes can see. It is a first amendment right. I maintained security cameras for a top secret government base. We didn’t like guys setting up cameras and taking pictures, our guards would hassle them, but as long as they stayed on public easement, we couldn’t stop them.
