I just received my pans a week ago and have been using them everyday. I love them! I've boiled milk, poached eggs, cooked meat and love that nothing sticks. You do have to care for it by not using anything that may scratch it. I used a wooden spatula, plastic spatula/spoon.

do u still use it, if so do you still like it? i heard that using oil in the pan may hurt non-stick feature

I love my copper chef pan. So much so that I just ordered the XL casserole one off of QVC last week. Cannot wait to get it.

Jayzus! Those are the sickest thickest steaks I've ever seen!

My husband gave me the Copper Chef pan with accessories for my birthday. I loved it at first, but after only two weeks' use it developed scratches in the center of the pan, even though I used plastic and wood utensils. I am very disappointed and will be returning it. I will try one more but if it does the same thing, it too will go back.

You have to put a coat of oil on it after each use ..

They advertise no scratch, etc! My granddaughter put the brand new pan in the dishwasher and it has a very deep scratch on it! Is there a repair kit available for this issue?

I bought the copper chef it made me and my family sick, it caused nausea and dizziness. I'm throwing it away and I'm back to my cast iron pan.

My favorite pan that I bought several years ago. However, I had to buy a new stove which is an electric glass-top and it appears that this pan's uneven bottom is not truly reliable for a glass cooktop. Sadness.

Liers you have to use little oil or Pan spray... something because will stick on the pan.

It does not heat evenly at all just the circle in the middle, the sides do not heat up the same at all. Also for deep frying the oil does not heat & fry like it's showing here. Sorry but I paid a heavy price & not satisfied.

the reviews tells us the handles and all gets extremely hot on theses copper chef pans. however, i noticed that the copper chef guy held touched his copper pan with his bare hands as if it wasn't hot. then he held the regular pan handle with a towel as it was hot. as he puts that so called hot pan down, the other guy picks it up with his bare hands. wasnt it just so say "hot"...??? what it seems like is a big plate of scams and a full cup of lies. its real sad that people have to lie just to make money. greed...i see a lawsuit in the future if this company dont figure out a way to start being honest about this product and the safety of it...God Bless!!!

*Marley PLEASE review time line 10.15 seconds notice the chef is using a kitchen towel around the handle, I've own copper chef and have been using this pan almost everyday for five months and it's looks and works as good as new, my wife calls it my kitchen boy toy!*

I have the copper chef pan and even though you use the right utinsels, it does lose the nonstick coating. Also along the edge where the basket hangs and the lid sits, it does scrape off where it rubs. I paid a fortune for my pan and am really dissapointed in the long term quality that they advertise. My advice, go buy a cast iron skillet. It will last you forever.
