I’ve heard this song so many times, but this is the first time I seen the music video of this song. This is a true example of a reality check that school is very important and life is short so it is important for all kids and teens to stay in school and follow their dreams. It is a crying shame that Coolio is dead and he brings out the best rap songs. I really hope that is soul is in peace. ❤🕊️

I’m 37 years old and been such a fan of your songs when I was a kid and Space Jam is my favourite movie and got the movie soundtrack!
Space Jam, featuring this song, was released in 1996. Compare the message of this song, featured in probably the most iconic movie of my childhood, to the message pushed on kids today. I’ll let people draw their own conclusions and make their own opinions, but I’m glad I grew up with this message, that my life was valuable, that if I worked hard I could achieve, that it wouldn’t be easy and at times I’d think I wasn’t enough, but if I kept pushing, I could be a winner... as opposed to what kids are told today.
