Fantastic product. Fitted on my Africa Twin and rode 450 miles in 30 - 38°c and was a game changer in levels of comfort. Looks great on the bike, very functional.

I have this kind of material on my custom Kontour seat and I LOVE it. Here in Louisiana it is VERY hot and humid most of the year and it really does stop my butt from sweating and keeps it dry and cool. Kontour Custom seats calls it Polar Mesh. I had it on my Triumph till I sold the bike and I now have it on my ZRX1200R. Their seats are very expensive but worth every penny. Mine are not just seat covers though, so maybe that's the difference.

Maybe you could wash it and use it as a grocery net...I cannot imagine this on my lovely Italian bike (Benelli). I'd like to suggest that much of the problems described are issue with the seat designs themselves. Why is it that the vast majority of bikes (usually Japanese) have seat tilted forward - in such a way that drives you or causes you to slide forward into the gas tank. I've had a lot of bikes, most of the seats were horrid. It wasn't until I discovered that modifying or replacing the seat with something more flat, level and wide cured my butt blues.
