Always liked Timex for being true to what they are.A entry level watch for everyday wear.A true watch company.What's cool is their vintage mechanical watches are better than anything you'll get from modern fashion brands like Invicta.

I really like how the Indiglo feature lights up the numbers and information on the watch versus the background as you pointed out. Good job on the review as always!

I just received mine. I've been looking at it online for a while now and my wife got it for me for my birthday, and so far I Love it.

Just ordered the black version yesterday after seeing another review and looking at the prices on G Shocks. Really like how this looks different and has an excellent price.

Ive just bought a brand new one off my pal for £20 in black and i love it, i really like the big LCD screen and it feels great to wear.

This was the perfect platform to have a monochrome dot matrix display with high contrast and costumizable screen. I bet it would have selled like hot cakes.

Hi, if somebody know were i can buy the watch band/strap please let know, very hard to find. Even in timex site.

Does the light come on automatically at night or you constantly have to press the button?

How about the Dual Time? I am not seeing this feature in the specification.

Do they carry warrantees?

I like how they say it's not comfortable when they have it on tight.

+Wat Up Cool little(actually a big watch) watches. Great bang for the buck!

The illumination (indiglo)light blew out exactly 1 year from date of purchase...but I still wear it,even though I've been having wristband problems.Well,one of the hidden attachment pins, hidden under the hex bolts allowed one of the bands to come undone.Which cracked and flaked after accidentally yanking on it.I bought it off of Amazon(new-green...two years ago)$31.99.REAL NICE&TOUGH WATCH!

What are the actual dimensions of the watch face? It appears wider than it is tall, so is it 52mm wide but less tall?

50mm wide (per Timex website), definitely less tall... I usually don't like watches over around 43mm, but because it is not as tall, it doesn't feel that big. As the reviewer said, it's more comfortable than it looks.

They get tons of tiny scratches but you mostly have to put them under direct sunlight and look at a specific angle to see those.

This is strangely appealing....

"scratches if you look at it the wrong way" - I have had it for a year now. I wear it while hiking on the outside of my hiking garment, in sun and rain. I do not baby it. I do not have a single scratch on it yet.

Your anecdotal story doesn't prove your point unfortunately. These are very prone to scratching. And the fact that you said the word "garment" makes me laugh...lol.

It is not Timex`s version of a shock watch. They do others too. I have one
