Volk said "A lil bit of ground and pound" 🤣 when making the crum I love this guy!

Volk is the man. Defending the belt clearly was just a warm-up for this cooking segment.

People are going to miss the fighting spirit and essence of Volk once he retires. Cherish the Champ while he's in his prime. Deserves so much more praise - I'd go as far as to say he is the best role model in the UFC by far.
